Love anything Matt Mcguire puts out, but I feel you can't really experience his true mastery with this particular cover. Where he really shows his talent, in my humble opinion, is on tracks like his cover of Travis Scott's Sicko Mode, his Dubstep Mix 7 jam, his cover of Doja Cat's Say So, and his cover of 24K Goldn's Mood. Just my 2 cents 🥁🤘
Matt is absolutely incredible... You should do more!!! His covers of electronic music are incredible... but the one that stands out to me is the cover of The Weeknd "The Hills"
Next you need to do his cover of Pendulum Witchcraft. It is amazing.
Great video, you're great at picking the cream of the drum performances. His kit sounds incredible. Bass cuts through it all without being obnoxious about it. Power and emotional attachment to the song gets the clean, like the Professor, making every note meaningful.
If you like Paramore, check out their performance from Radio 1 Big Weekend 2013. Their then tour drummer Miles McPherson is one of the loudest players I've ever heard, but not at the expense of nuance. Decode in particular is awesome.

He's really amazing and like other people have said in the comments, I feel that you would be able to see more of his skills in his EDM covers because they usually give him more freedom to be creative. I would recommend his cover of Skrillex - Ragga Bomb. It's a bit old but very good! One of my favourite covers of his.

Dude is a monster, I became aware of him around 2015 not long before the Chainsmokers themselves found his covers and brought him into the live band. And he's such a talent and creative cat they ended up keeping him and now he's a permanent member.
I truthfully don't enjoy every genre he covers but he always, ALWAYS has my respect and kudos. As do you Brother.

He is a master of making fairly easy drumming look harder than it is. Everything from his setup to how he plays the songs just seems pretentious to me. That said he is still a very good drummer and would fit well in bands aimed at teen audiences.
Bro, he could drum circles around 99.9% of top shelf drummers. This was just one of his more conservative covers. You should check out his cover of Nero- The Thrill
