- Ever experience trigger finger? Trigger finger is a condition where one of your fingers or your thumb gets stuck in a bent position and may snap or pop when you try to straighten it. It can be caused by inflammation or swelling in the tendons of your finger, making it hard for the tendon to slide smoothly through the tendon sheath. And it can be quite painful!
Exercises that are good for trigger finger focus on improving the flexibility and strength of your fingers and hands. Here are a few simple exercises you can try!
