C6 ls2 corvette engine lifter noise and misfire

- Checking for engine lifter noise and misfire in 2005 c6 corvette. I found loose rocker bolt that was unrelated to the noise. Did some disassembly and inspection to come to the conclusion of vehicle needing to return for the full engine rebuild later.

Mine sounds super similar, I am not sure if it's piston slap or a bad lifter. I am down on power and it feels like it's missing.

108,000 miles being a lot? Looking to get a c06, if I don't beat it up can I expect to get 150k+ with minimal problems? I have an 05 gmc with 230k so I have this thought that GM engines last a long time, MANY more miles. Want a reliable drive train, should I look for a different vehicle? Or is the ls2 reliable with regular maintenance and taking her easy?
Its a lot of miles considering his circumstances. He beats the crap out of it, and it has been driving most it's life with 0.600ish lift cam in it on e85. Stock vettes get more without much issue.
I've got a 2006 C6 with 198,999 miles on it. Bought it with 95,000 miles. Second owner I am. Lifters always noisy, but now one is extra loud. Going to do an oil change. Totally stock.
BTW, mine still has immense balls.

Wish I could have you give my C5 a once over I have a tick noise coming from the engine and just the other day it threw some exhaust and O2 codes

CrazedPerformanceRepair yes they where done by Ligenfelter, it has heads and a cam. I got a whole build sheet when I purchased the car.
Are you running E85?

No just basic 93, the previous owner was like 65 always babied it and he also ran 93. The engine has 26k miles.

CrazedPerformanceRepair after any sort of engine rev or even a start up sometimes the engine chokes and sounds like it’s going to stall and actually has stalled before. Inside the car just sounds like a manifold leak.
I believe there is a larger oil pan installed and my oil pressure stays at 55 pounds at idle.
I think a dude overheating the car when Racing it, its a common Vette issue with stock Radiators in hot Countrys.. 🤔🇺🇲
