What the hell is everyone's problem? This actually looks pretty good. Why is everyone nitpicking?
And it's kinda a rip off on Sunshine 2007. Probably won't be as good though.
Nope. It starts off with a giant Deus Ex Machina, then has a giant "stuck in ship, accidentally" troupe. It's been done many times before, and it has a shitty romance setting, too. The ending is pretty explicit, the male protagonist plans on dying, but somehow survives in the end (I'm assuming).
+Fapatuski It's a rip off most space stories, not interesting in the least.
+Platinum Poop It's similar to any other generic romance/thriller plot that involves these kind of situations, examples: Titanic, Frozen, and Upside Down. That's only a few movies, I haven't mentioned comics or books based on this exact scenario.

They seem to be focusing on character more than the Sci Fi element, and the actors are selling it. It'd be cool if we got more cute moments like the ones shown in the trailer rather than making it all about the plot unfolding and the mystery aspect.

Spoiler Alert: This movie is fantastic. It gave me confused emotions. I felt deeply sad for the loneliness, the lost future and the destination they'd never reach. At the same time, they had such freedom to live and love. No money or politics but food, warmth and spectacular views. What an amazing and unique life.
Jennifer Lawrence is one of the actresses that I consider the future of the industry. She's becoming more and more mature (like stronger as an actress) with her performances and she's making a name for herself as a mature and grown A-list actress

This trailer should have ended at 1:28, instead it spoiled the whole movie once again.
Please tell me what went wrong. Please tell me why chris pratt had to leave the ship. Please tell me why they woke up early. This trailer is full of mystery. Without the action scenes, this trailer would have turned away scifi and action fans. Without it, it just looks like a boring romance movie. Just because the trailer is longer than 30 seconds does not mean it spoiled everything
I know that Chris knows why, so he has more information than her. Also, that spoils the mistery taking in mind that one of the main protagonists already knows the "why". I know the robot from the bar will go crazy, that could had been a good momento in the movie. I know Chris will get himself in danger and I wont feel anything seeing it in the theahters. I know they will have a romance. I know there are more actors in the movie including Morpheus because I saw him, so yeah. I know a lot of shit now

He's a robot who's programmed to awake if there are technical problems in the ship that jeopardize the mission. There's a plot twist concerning who she is and their mission is to try and access the technical area to reprogram the ship and save everyone.
