What kind of selfish idiot would tie a dog to a tree and then leave never to come back? I am so glad that Maya found her forever family and now is living her best life. Pitties are just wonderful dogs.

I wish people would stop cropping their dogs ears! I'm glad that Maya got a happy ending!
me to, but remember although extremely rare their are medical reasons to "crop" or "dock" part of a dogs body. Two examples, one pit at the recuse I volunteer at had to cut the dogs tail, because he was ran over by a car. Luckily he survived, and everything else okay, he must of ran fast enough, since only his tail had to be removed. Of course he unfortunately had that stereotype, but got adopted. Another I met was at the dog park and it was a little dog, I forget exactly what she said, but it was medical.

If it's done decently, as you SHOULD see many examples of, the dogs are happy healthy and beautiful ( Either way) or not I don't know why people upset so much about that it's become a personal thing when the dog doesn't mind at all....wish they could stop projecting and obsessing As if they just have to lecture about something anything and find something negative when it isn't
In the United Kingdom, it's actually illegal to crop a dog's ears and/ or tail. It's been illegal since 2006.

Thank You for taking her in & loving her. My dogs all have been abandoned dogs, they have been the best dogs everâ€. Our 14 year old dog was dying of cancer, about 3 weeks ago someone dropped a puppy that looks just like our dying dog, she accepted the new puppy shared her bed and everything, sadly she passed away Saturdayđą when we got her she was going to be put down because she was considered a feral dog but since we didnât have kids we took her, she never attacked anyone or was vicious, she was abandoned in an empty house neighborhood kids mistreated her, we found out about her by an animal shelter worker. Glad we took her loved her for the 14 years we had her.

people say Pitties are dangerous... but i just find them adorable... they are the biggest goofball and they just give you that puppy eye look to make you do whatever they want you to do
She appears wonderful. However some pitties are 100% dangerous and switch to aggression without being provoked. I was crossing the street with my doggie when a large pitbull slipped through open door at the house across the street and attacked us. We didnât even see him until it was too late. My dog sustained injuries but survived the attack because 2 men jumped in to help moments into the attack. And as far as I know, that dog had a caring owner and was loved.
@@Sarahlee358 sorry to hear that... hope she/he is ok... these breeds were made for fighting by crossing different breed... but if you don't socialize and giving training to these kind of dogs, and treat them like trash, you are actually activating that part of their genie... people don't understand how important those training and socializing is
