2000 Jaguar S type V8 crank won't start

I was trying to start the car but it was cranking but won't start. after checking the fuel pump relay and the power coming to the fuel pump, I found the fuel pump quit working.

Mine is doing the same thing and my.fuel pump is kicking on I'm confused

If you hear the fuel pump working that's mean you have a different problem. Do this; turn the key on and wait until the fuel pump stop then turn it off, do it 3 or 4 times then start the car if the car started that's mean the fuel pump is weak. if the car start sometimes and sometimes not, you have to listen to the fuel pump every time to find if its working all the time or not, and that what happened to my car until it quit working completely.
