First and foremost, you can go for lighter arms. Missile launchers don't rely on the firearm spec. stat, if the Lamm arms can hold the weight those could be viable. One of the Furlong FCS has a better missile lock timing, I think its the G2/P10. If you wish to keep hammering down on speed you could swap the core out for the Alba and go for the Nacht. legs, provided they can hold the weight of all the weapons.
