Hey, people, be sure to notice the comments by Ian Catchpole and the others below that this is Ginger Rogers dancing with Judith's lovely face whimsically superimposed using clever but old technology. I love Judith Durham very very much and have watched her actual videos hundreds of times. This video is just for fun -- reimagining the beautiful gift from God we know as Judith Durham in a mythical dance with the incredible Fred Astaire.

The original dancer was Ginger Rogers whose head has, by the magic of modern science, been transformed into Judith Durhams'. Judith was not even a twinkle in her fathers' eye when Ginger danced this with Fred Astaire in 1935. Sadly, Ginger and Fred did not get along off stage. You wouldn't think so judging the way they dance together. Ginger was drop dead gorgeous in her day. She died in 1995, a much loved shriveled up old lady in a wheelchair.

This is not beyond the realm of possibility. Judith has a natural drive to succeed and strive for perfection regardless of the endeavour. Had she been so inclined, chances are she would have thrilled us with dance. Of course, it's the remarkable talent that drew me to her, but it's the warm beautiful person inside that captured my heart forever. Judith will always be special even when the physical beauty and talent have become diminished, that sweet smile and engaging warmth will remain. jtk🍁
