Looks great BUT, always thaw out your beef before cooking and NEVER take food out of hot oil and put it straight into a plastic bag. That’s a quick way to make people sick.

Cooking oil then rub on some butter.
Oil in first, small amount add butter stops the butter from burning, or use ghee, even using frypan, cast iron is best, holds the heat.

I love these economy of scale open air restaurants in Asia. 80 staff, open 24 hours a day, 2 full meals and 2 diet cokes? That'll be $1.30. But it's not a problem so long as they serve 200,000 people per day then they'll break even.
