I really love this video, and i think this is the right method to pack a whole roast chicken. We do not need to cut the chicken to small pieces because the chicken meat will hardened if we re-heat the meat so it must be kept whole like that

Taiwanese use roasted chicken as oblation in the temples, therefore the chicken should remain “whole parts” including chicken head during ceremonies.
After worship is completed, then the chicken head will be removed at meal and usually no one will eat it😅

Most of what you see in Taiwan are literally custom made. If you have a kettle grill you can stand the chicken up in center like beer can chicken with a drip tray at the bottom
It doesn’t have a name because it’s a tool they invented specifically for this purpose.
