We do, it's a legal right all Americans have however that doesn't mean CZcams "has" to let us use their platform for disseminating information.
The problem is CZcams's inconsistent and frankly insane "enforcement" in which they often violate their own ToS going after anyone who talks about guns, especially 3D printed ones. The man did nothing to deserve what CZcams did to him, but they do sadly have the right to have done it. I wish the government had an online "town square" like platform where we could interact with our politicians and neighbors, have it require ID for verification and allow forums and video sharing unless the content is illegal it can't be deleted but because there is NO anonymity if you do a racisms, suggest violence, etc there's a STRONG chance of your employer, neighbors, etc all finding out so people are somewhat likely to be better behaved.
I'm sure you'll have some people spreading their extremism but it'll be far less and they'll be far more accountable. Not to mention finally an end to the insane number of Russian, Chinese, Iranian, etc bots and troll accounts. I'd say make it viewable to the public but only post-able for verified accounts.
Even a NPO would likely end up eventually going after our right to disseminate lawful information of this sort simply because of perceived liability, modern political divide also makes it worse. So IMO the best option is a government run option which is the weirdest thing I've ever advocated for lol.

I am a single issue advocate, *the right to prepare and implement one's defenses however they please, God given and recognize by the US second ammendment* , So I am happy to compromise. Except when it comes to money. Continue to embrace CZcams, despite their anti-gun agenda. Continue to embrace Patreon, despite their anti-gun agenda. Money trumps principle. That's the bottom line of who We The People are, at this point.
CZcams is fully out of pocket at this point with how they treat creators. It's a great "practice run" for how people react to corruption, hypocrisy, and tryanny. I mostly use CZcams to watch all my favorite creators (including PSR) but at this point, slowly transitioning to other platforms seems like the way to go.
Also anyone paying for CZcams premium needs to give their head a shake.
The only way I watch youtube these days is with an ad blocker.
It’s why I don’t feel bad about people using ad block. My favorite orchestra music channel gets absolutely nothing in terms of CZcams money. So annoying.

Any private "social media" will have this issue. It's why I firmly believe for profit entity's shouldn't be allowed to run anything that might qualify as a social media platform. Comments section is one thing but letting people have channels including politicians, NPO's/Corporations, etc qualifies to me when you also allow comments. Likewise I don't think "News" entity's should be allowed to operate as for profit.
I'm personally a fan of a government forum with video uploading being allowed, require citizens or residents to verify with legal paperwork like using my state driver ID but NOT a social security number (Social Security Numbers ARE NOT ID's!). It might sound odd to have the government run social media but it kinda makes sense if we actually want to get the political meddling, manipulation, etc out of it. The government wouldn't be allowed to delete anything unless it's illegal and then it'll be used as evidence of the crime or tort (if you're harassing someone for example). Let dumpster fire 24/7/365 cable news channels die PBS and other non-profits can replace them. Ban X/Twitter, Facebook, CZcams, TikTok, etc as we have a right to freedom of speech but that doesn't mean we have the right to run a social media business it's new a news paper it's just another company.

Sadly, it's a privately owned platform so they have the legal right to censor their sight anyway that they want. The real shame is that Google was able to run CZcams at a loss strictly so that they could crush any and all competition and corner the market. It's almost as if there are anti-trust laws that should be considered but no one will go after Google.

This is why for profit entity's if not ANY private entity shouldn't be allowed to run anything that could be qualified as a "social media platform". A government option would LEGALLY be required to respect our non-criminal/non-tort inducing speech in every possible meaning of the word. Force blocks, bans, fines, and penalty's on any social media entity's operating in the US. Shut down Twitter/X, Facebook, CZcams (or force CZcams to disable comments/interactive communication). A Publisher has a right to exist but when I write on my news paper I'm the only one who can see it unless I post it somewhere physically. Require legal ID be used, no anonymous BS. You want to run a forum sure that's one thing, you want to host video's sure that's one thing, you want to combine them? No.
You want people to be able to "post" to their "profile"? That's social media. You want to have a space where people can talk about specific topics (custom roms for phones, conspiracy theory's, etc.) Sure you can do that as a NPO. You want to be able to make money on that? No, sorry but letting money in is among the causes of our problems with free speech being a non-option on private website. "What will the advertisers think, we better manipulation how stuff shows up, shadow ban, etc certain people".
The government couldn't do any of that without getting sued, the person who specifically deleted me "Fuck Trump/Biden" comment could be personally liable for violating my rights. You have no such rights on PRIVATE property thus we're in this situation.
Sadly, it's not unlawful. It's their platform, they can do whatever they want with it.

You gotta ask yourself, does a free market exist with tech platforms like CZcams? They have a monopoly so it’s going to take real intention from the public to move to another platform to let platforms know this is a free country and the public has the control. I’m now thinking more and more that these companies know they can just tell us what to do, and choice is no longer an option

No... if you're employer violates the contract you're not beholden to an arbitration clause and you can sue them. CZcams violated the ToS but it's a multi-billion dollar multi-national and it's 50 mile long contract has all kinds of clauses you'd never sign as an employee unless you want to be a literal slave.

It's happened several times, they like to memory hole creators who talk about the wrong things, then gaslight that it ever happened. Conservative Resurgence is an example I can recall off the top of my head.
I would say the blame lies entirely at CZcams's feet. They don't respect the freedom of their users. Those on the left are afraid of freedom, it scares them. On the plus side, that footage at the end on the track is great. I could watch that all day.

As much as people want things unregulated, CZcams needs to either be regulated or broken up. They're unevenly applying their rules and causing serious financial hardship for creators. They should be held liable for those damages.

Never interacted with him except in his CZcams comments, but he always could take a joke, and could take constructive criticism and would give it real consideration... if every CZcamsr was like that, it'd be a much better platform...
Hopefully somehow he gets it all back, as he was a square n legit guy, just making videos for people to enjoy (sure he made money but probably less than min wage for the hours he put in) so it's BS CZcams is doing this to him

unfortunately once someone at youtube finds out that you have any interest in firearms (which youtube in general hates oh so much) and are known to show crafting, it's game over for your account unless a big enough fuss gets made and even then it will be a steep uphill battle for you if you do manage to get it back.
A new ecosystem needs to be built and supported to get out of this mess. CZcams won't change as they are part of the machine.

It doesn’t help that Google doesn’t show results that are on rumble. You can have the same video on both YT and Rum. Same tags same everything and only the YT video will show up in the search results.

CZcams is for primer accounts that you use to connect to real accounts on other platforms (like rumble). Deadpool has already figured it out which is why this channel is still here

The old CEO of CZcams wanted to take guns off CZcams completely. The new CEO was working side by side with the old one for over a decade. Hate to say it but CZcams has an anti gun agenda and that does not include taking advice or opinions from anyone except the corporations that pay for advertising. It's not low level employees trying to destroy content creators. It's high level management that are pushing the gun control agenda.
