- I took the Malibu to Milan for the Daily Driver shootout and turned on BOTH stages of the NX Dual Entry Billet Crossbar Nitrous kit… but when I got home I had a little surprise waiting on me.

Bill, you are so fortunate to have a brother like Jeremy, one that you can carry on and cut up with but to know you guys actually Love each other.
Man thank God for Mc Vay machine shop. Bob is a awesome asset to your guys race program....
Scrapy convinced there is a chipmunk in the leaves in the hood scoop just cracked me up!! LOL Poor ol uncle Bob, it ain't like he doesn`t have enough work without all y`all`s stuff going there at once. He is one hell of a guy, y`all owe him alot!!
P
SRC's gonna need their own warehouse at Uncle Bob's!
@@glenncase3659 That`s no lie!! LOL
🤣🤣🤣
Uncle Bob is a very special person you can't find a machinist like him just anywhere. How lucky can you get for it to be a intake gasket instead of head gasket, head or even a melted block like one of my neighbors did back in the day you all are a awesome family and a hoot to watch best of luck to you all God bless and as always be safe 👍
Machine shop guys like Uncle Bob are sadly a dying breed. Those ol boys are incredible at what they do. My hats off to him for what he does.
Can i get an AMEN brothers and sistas!
Congrats to the family for the small tire win. Great team plus hard work equal greatness!
Love it when I get "the old man's " notification. Will stop whatever I'm doing to watch straight away. Best channel on the tube.
Uncle Bob sounds like an Amazing Helpful Individual that goes above and Beyond Your lucky to have him in your corner

Thanks for the update 👍and God bless all. PS SPECIAL THANKS TO MR BOB M.
Love seeing you drive that ole truck anywhere and everywhere.
seen billy and tommys video last night and i love how they left the details out for your stuff, love your story telling.
Brother I just love how you and your family face adversity may God continue to bless each of you
MY FAVORITE GARAGE CHANNEL 😁👍
Awesome!!! Been waiting for this!!
Ya know Bill, Chris, the old owner of the falcon has every right to be proud of what you and the boys have done with the car he built and just needed the right set of loving hands to finish it off and make it the success it has been but he’s not the only one that’s proud, I can think of almost a couple hundred thousand folks that are just as proud of you and the boys for what you’ve done with that car!! And that Tommy boy has proven himself as one hell of a driver in that car!! Keep it up brother, stay safe out there , we’re all proud of you guys!!!
Aint that the truth
I remember when they bought that car and the kid That owned it did not know what the hades he was doing to it
Well built and modified.
They have done and continue to do an amazing job with what he built and sold to them and they improved upon it, and Prodigy has paid them back handsomely.
Well said BRO.Well Said...
You and your brother going back and forth is hilarious 😂
The editing on this video deserve some kind of award😂I feel like this deserves to be on the discovery channel or motor trend
Now this is the best way to end this cold work day...CONGRATULATIONS on everything that happened this weekend and Tommy kicking ass keep up the great work Bill
Awesome
.. just in time before I head to work, btw I love your style vid. Kind of like a story and then you come in about half way through an talk to us. Keep it up ole man lol
This just goes to show how good you are at tuning that carb....them heads and pistons look great.......great job Bill.......and super pumped for tommy getting the win at Milan or mylan however it's spelled
And just think in 25 years Billie and Tommy will have the same loving relationship as Bill and "Uncle Bucko" have...lol..can't say it enough Love the content
Scrappy was sure ready to get that chipmunk!! This is really great to watch. And Rob.... Brother, no one rocks a pink stocking hat better than you my friend. You are the best.
Truly enjoyed this update/video!
Bill, Milan has been a big part of my life since childhood and I’m in my sixties now. Cool to see you guys running there. I hope to get to see you run there or Norwalk sometime.
Scrapy was on point! Congratulations 2 Tommy an good luck.
That Malibu is freaking sweet! Your videos are excellent!
Y’all’s shenanigans remind me of my dad and step bros same ways back yrs ago . Racing and having fun
I wish these vids were 2 hours long , can’t get enough of them…
That Falcon is a truly something to be proud of, I glad for Chris.
He did great.
Loved the video, Bob McVay is one classy man.
Uncle Bob is such a blessing to have on your team.
At this rate he’s gonna be asking to be traded to a different team soon lol
Glad you got to enjoy the weather up here. Fun show. That street class is really heating up and it looks to be a great year to be putting my g-body back together for the 47th time. Thanks for the inspiration!
i can hear uncle bucko now! race car hackery!
Love your videos Bill I'm a old timer drag racer and rember those late nights working on my 72 Duster been trying to build a new car it's kind of a rat rod money is kinda tight and my old body doesn't work as well as it used to. Lol keep up the great work you guys keep me smiling. 🇺🇲👍hopefully I can save enough to get a OMG. HOODY and a chance to win the nitrous express kit.
I was at Milan rooting for the crew, good to see you guys get the win.
Bill, I've been waiting to see this video. congratulations to Tommy and the family for the win, i know its a team effort and ya'll have a hell of a team. Chevy lookin like she wants to kill them "chipmunks" leaves, that was funnier than shit lol. she acts, has the same expressions, and reminds me so much of my little girl remi...
any time I would set up an engine that I knew was going to be running about 1000rpm+ past peak power like my bog/drag engine I would always adjust the installed height for a little more seat pressure, of course the amount of spring shim depends on spring pressure, rate, and of course coil bind. I know you probably dont need this but i think its good to know, here is a way to figure out spring open pressure of a spring at the cams max valve lift without a spring tester its, lift×spring rate=( )+seat pressure= open pressure at lift.
Now If you wanted to reduce the installed height of a valve spring for more seat pressure you would add, the increase in spring shim, let's say .050 shim, you take .050xRate=( )+seat pressure = new seat preassure..
now if you were to want to increase installed height .050 for less seat pressure you would go, .050×Rate=( ) then you take seat pressure-( )= new seat pressure.
I'm not sure if you knew how to do that so I figured I would share some info i learned from my dad when I was about 12 years old, when I was 8years old my dad & grandfather really started teaching me the physics/dynamics/events of engines and actually started me working in my dad's machine shop doing cylinder heads and building engines when I was about 10, any one that ever knew my dad would say that he was the smartest person they ever met, he had got his intelligence from my grandfather who was a physicist and was an engineer for GM, specifically Chevy & Pontiac, he then went on building race engines, he later went back to Pontiac who he retired from, he also knew smokey yunick bealive it or not... Anyway it's been a damn ruff few days/week stuck in bed, I was happy to see the notification that you had dropped a video, they do help specially on bad days/weeks, it's something I can try to focus my mind on while I'm standing in the flames. Sorry for making this so long bill, Take care buddy.
Congratulations Sir you and your family / team did very well. Good job and great video. Thank you for all you do
That "junky ass LS" is the fastest, most reliable piece y'all have. You'll come around one day Old Man. Congrats Tommy!
Amen!
2nd that! I dont understand him, he says theyre ugly too, once you ditch the truck intake i think its a damn good looking engine with many improvements. Only thing i dont like is they dropped the 5 bolt per cyl to 4.
Chris is the guy to help Billy get the Nova's suspension set up. In my opinion,.....Chris built one if the best street cars I've ever seen.
Milan back in the day they use to have a sand drag track there as well as some burms and whoops for dirt biking....spent many many hours in that dirt and sand as a lad. So much of my youth was spent at both Detroit Dragway and Milan with my father. All the dragster guys use to know me by name, id jump in and want to help with anything, very good times indeed
The old man has a special talent for arriving at a part Warehouse or shop right before they close. It's always right before they close.
Bob is a gem among machinists who understand the importance of their customers.I remember waiting months on end for what I now consider sloppy machining while the machinist was hanging out working on his own car and engines."Oh and with my money"LOL."While the heads are off, set TDC against the balancer.
Chris, A big thank you for selling the Falcon to Billy. We all owe you a dinner.
What a awesome channel look forward to every video
Been waiting for this one. Saw you going rounds on SRC in street car. Good job Bill.👍
Scrappy staring at them leaves was funny. I would have had to raked them leaves out before I even pulled out of the driveway but at least it was entertaining to her. Sounds like this upcoming weekend will be exciting. Always love when Tony and Tess visit too. Y’all be safe.
Welcome to WV! (Where we hide/hoard all the good stuff!) Lol
We don't get enough credit! Lol
Big Man…..Those burn outs were freaking awesome. I know my engines and that girl was spinning 8g’s. Nice watching you pedal and letting her eat. Good job .
The malibu?
Love the content Bill, I think a pair of slicks and 100lbs of weight would of done the malibu justice in that left lane! Keep up with the content.
I have a dual wheel 98 Chevy flatbed I bought brand new It came from Chevy without brake lights. I drove it for yrs until discovering it didn’t have any brake light switch or wiring. It’s a 454 ,5 speed stick. Burns plenty of gas but the most reliable vehicle. So cool you like your truck much as I like mine. Thanks for the cool videos.
Your channel is one of the best around won’t be long before your on Motor Trend. Saw the cars for Milan out cruising around this weekend I’m local to the track I’m in Belleville
Where in WV.. Stepping in my home state. You guys stay busy, but earn it every step. Love all you guys. Even Uncle Bucko!!!.. rofl
WellGreat job Bill! Thanks for all the great content
Great vid Bill. Giving us all aspects of the issues you can run into. Doing what you love. The stress all of you endured was reflected perfectly in this vid. Best of Luck to the whole fam and way to go tigger. Hes very humble for what hes been accomplishing. Best believe everyone is fearing racing the old bird the falcon. Cant wait for the next one. GODBLESS

Saw your first race yesterday You and Billy caught the first round drivers sleeping. Love the Malibu
Congrats
Looks like playing hard and working hard come together around there lately
okay you and Billy are hitting it from the back side 🤣🤣 hilarious I couldn't keep my mind from going there but I am sure glad that the Malibu didn't Nick a head gasket and you found a resolution for the springs I'm hoping that Billy was able to return the blocks that he didn't need or is he stuck with them? my hat is off to you Bill and Miss Vicki for keeping the family together it shows you guys as parents have done a wonderful job with your sons they are well on their way to their next stage of awesomeness as they climb the ladder of manhood and it was good to see the good old Dooley I was kind of missing it safe travels and have a blessed day your friend and top fan. it's THE OLD MAN'S GARAGE all the time for me 👍🏾
Hahahahaha so to speak....
Hitting it from the backside......That needs to be on a T-Shirt with a couple cars lined up on the back track!
be safe on your tri with your friends flying in and hope you guys have a blast
Very busy time in the workshop. But uncle bucko certainly provides the necessary entertainment lol
Watching them boys and you race at Milan on SRC just tickled me pink!! Being able to watch all your videos makes this lady realize what her boys wanna do(be just like y'all) is just fine. Y'all have made me truly realize yes there's risks but yeah buddy is it gonna be fun next year for us. Thank you Bill and family for all you do!! God bless

@@johnslawnseasttn4489 yes it is definitely difficult but we have faith that we'll see her again and that makes it a little bit easier to deal with but thank you very much and you have a good day.
Nice to hear it didn’t mess up a head or worse cool video 😎
Tell big Rob that, THE PINK TOQUE looks good on him!
I think Jeremy needs a raise.. he needs to come out to the races
Good content Bill! When that malibu gets dialed it's gonna be a handful for sure. Glad it was only an intake gasket amd not the head!
Can we get a history lesson/ story session pertaining to the Pataskala Shoe Repair sign in your ship...I know it's entirely off topic but every single time it's in the background it draws my eye so strongly..would love to know more about it and why you have it TIA
Watch his some of his old uploads..he explained it.
@@zacharywallace2243 thanks for letting me know I must have missed it haha I've been watching OMG since day one but my memory also works like a kitchen strainer...thats been dumped full of buck shot 😄 🤣 😂

Everyone needs a machinist like uncle bob
Still have Beans to cut Bill 😁The decision to start your own channel is doing very well as you look back. 👍
The Malibu sounds so rowdy when you were pedaling it!
Awesome!! God bless you guys.. Cheers !!!!
You and Billy are doing pretty good with the cars both of y'all are flying
I like watching your videos and you and your family are awesome people and good luck and have fun and be safe
Congrats on the wins, and going rounds. Looks like a ton of fun for us old guys, which is why I have three cars sitting here now that I can go race. Figured why not, if Bill can I can get back into racing and build a channel, and I am older than you are. Might have to do some of that street car stuff you're doing with the Malibu. Have two street cars I can race running/driving now. Should I put the 6-71 on or not... that is the question of the month.
The fiasco with valve springs makes me feel REALLY happy that I am into Pontiac, these engines are more same than different even when its one of the aftermarket engines like Justin has, and now I have in my 68 LeMans.
I made my first track hit on a 99 Busa at 270-80 lbs on this track. Had a stretch swing arm, no lowering or slamming, lock up clutch. Did a literally 1.5 60 foot and started me up enjoying drag racing
