I was told to only use a ceramic coat AFTER the tires were mounted and balanced to prevent the wheel weights from potentially coming off due to the less sticky surfaces made by the coating. Your thoughts?

I have yet to have weights fall off due to ceramic being applied first.

I’ll dress them if needed but most of the time just clean as part of the initial wash

Does the LC wool pad have a foam back ?

LC has blue and purple wool pads. The purple ones have foam.
