  • In the past year the UK has seen hundreds of thousands of workers go on strike. Mick Lynch has effectively made the case for trade unionism across broad swathes of the media and has gone viral many times over. In the US the newly formed Amazon Labor Union continues to fight for its members, and the Writer’s Strike marches on.
Jamie Woodcock and Lydia Hughes (authors of Troublemaking) discuss how we can seize this surge in union membership, and what can the unions fight for beyond improvements in pay, conditions and pensions - from solidarity with Palestine to trans liberation.
Troublemaking: Why You Should Organise Your Workplace by Lydia Hughes and Jamie Woodcock is out now! www.versobooks.com/en-gb/prod...

Make the corporations that caused the damage PAY someone else to clean it up and put the executives that pushed the policies that caused the problems in extra-rape jail. If it destroys those corporations, then they shouldn't have existed to begin with.

From reviving the corpse of the defunt labour party, to reviving the corpratist, guildist, bureaucratic trade unions
