After glancing at some of the rude comments, I want to say again want to say I needed this in depth video!!!! Let the haters hate because this! video is a lifesaver LITERALLY
Great video! New gun owner here I just left the shooting range and before I left, I checked the magazine to make sure there were no bullets. When I got home, I was practicing my grip and much to my surprise I found a bullet in the chamber. Your video showed me exactly how best get it out! Thanks!
New gun owner here and I’ve watched a handful of videos similar to this and this guy is the only one I’ve found that shows what a round still in the chamber looks like when the slide is pulled back. Exactly what I wanted to see.
I love how you stress that one should always assume the gun is loaded and treat it as such. I've been teaching my son since he was a old enough to garner an interest in handling weapons; even if you are 110% positive the gun is not loaded, treat it like it is.
I just want to say that in my eyes, you are a hero! I’m just imagining all of the lights that you could have potentially saved by making this video! I was in search myself of how to unload a pistol because my grandfather has plenty of them and he has dementia that has not been bad in the past however, it’s getting worse! I found a loaded pistol in his sock drawer this video allowed me to safely take the magazine out and check to see that there was not a bullet in the chamber. I can’t thank you enough.
Thank you so much for this video. It was so easy to follow. You did a great job with the instruction and examples. I learn by seeing and doing and that's exactly how you did this video. Thank you again so much, because there's one thing I do and that's respect the gun.
Thank you for all the details. I’m so nervous about this subject because it’s serious & I want to know everything. The info about the slide stop spot where it catches is great to actually see. I had to unload a gun that was too close to my friend’s child in the playpen. I was shaking but I was able to do it. This info is for everyone not just gun owners. Mrs Z
Thanks. You're a smart individual. Not often associated with gun enthusiasts, but it really fucking helps. "When seconds matter, the police are minutes away"
Great demonstration! Very helpful for a newbie like me. I expect to buy my first gun within the next month or so. Going to the range tomorrow for a training class.
Having searched high and low for a great video on the basics, I am so grateful to have found you. Thank you!! You even had the gun I have used before so it looked familiar and really helped. As a woman who has asked a few men for a basic tutorial- even my own father, the responses have been "point and shoot", a 30 second explanation and expecting me to understand all jargan and quickly gain muscle memory, to sheer laughter because I should have been born gun-educated! Please continue educating those that ask and are denied, to those who are or become too afraid to ask. You are saving lives and helping build confidence so ppl like me can save my own life.
I’m actually glad I watch this just in time, because when my friend and I were walking in her brothers work area, someone pointed a gun at us then I just took their ammo out and knock them out.
Sticking your finger in the chamber is useless but the finger could get cut on a sharp edge. For those who say that there are no sharp edges in that section of the gun, you'd more than likely be 98% accurate, just as sticking the finger is useless. If a person can see light coming down through the chamber itself, they'd know nothing is stuck in there.
Ive looked on the Internet and I cant figure out an answer to my problem. I dont anything about guns but some jerkoffs near me were shooting rounds off in the air on New Years Eve (idiots) and one of their bullets came back down from being shot up in the air and landed in the hood of my wifes truck. Its stuck in the hood and looks intact still. Cant the gun powder make the bullet go off if i try to bang it out? How can i remove this thing stuck in metal safely?
@@Tony_Cardoza I think it makes more sense to call the state police to remove it in this case, not the feds. Just kidding. I pulled it out with pliers. I know you were making a joke. It might seem ridiculous to you that I asked that question. But everyones situation is different and I was never shown anything about guns or bullets when I was younger. I've never even held one in my life. Most people learn about guns from someone in their family when they are growing up but I never had anyone show me. For the record I am not against guns, I am considering learning and owning one for self defense. Thank you for your patience in dealing with my silly ridiculous question. Have a nice day.
@dunstonmunson8314 I should have posted a link to this video that I made in response to your question. I totally understand that there are people who haven't had the luxury of having someone to teach them. Have a great week! czcams.com/video/aF6ATh6HAOo/video.html
@@gunsaccessories8853Thank you. I was actually responding to someone else in this thread when I posted that last comment. I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question.
@@dunstonmunson8314 Fair enough sir lol. I'm glad it worked out for you. I didn't grow up around guns either. My parents owned some but my dad wasn't a hunter or anything like that, so it's not like he taught me how to handle firearms or took me shooting. I learned about them and how to properly handle them as an adult too. Videos like this one are an excellent resource for information. Looking up your questions on the internet is also good. If you have someone in person show you, who knows about firearms, that's probably the best way but not the only way. The most important thing is to be safe, protect yourself and anyone around you, and always always treat firearms with the respect and caution they deserve. Take care. Good luck on your possibly future firearm ownership. It's good to own one and learn how to handle them just incase. You just never know. Hopefully we never, ever need one, but I do like having one. And I'm glad you took my silly joke in stride. Have a nice weekend.

What would cause the bullet for most of my automatic weapon to go forward instead of out the side when it's injected

I watched about 9 of your beginner videos and I’ve learned hours of info thank you

As an absolute beginner: Thank you. Very helpful.
Very very detailed explanation there! This channel is the one that has that type of content . Great video 🔥

Great video.
Wow great video thanks
Thank you 🙏🏽
I have a dumb question - when there is a round in the chamber, how do you actually get it out? Just put your pinky in there and wiggle it out?
Thank you.
The amount of people that die a year on accident because some idiot didn’t check the chamber isn’t funny. Thanks for the video
Just wanna say thank you
What if the slide slips when unloading
What's the first gun he's holding?

It’s a triple check of sorts. No harm in having redundancy to create a failure proof system.
I gotta Taurus G3c an the slide won’t go back but it’s a bullet in the chamber
Decent video, even tho i knew this stuff it was interesting to watch.
That would hurt like hell if the slide released when you had your pinky in there.
Which handgun is that he's demonstrating with for the first 2-3 minutes of the video?
Llama 380
And yet he has a live round that he messes with during a video. Cmon dude. Nobody has a perfect memory - you're tempting fate.
No live rounds. Just empty casings
Alec Baldwin missed this vid.
I got the same gun
👍👍👍
we pulled and released a new rugar 22 no fire, and then it did fire on its own second or two later!! b SAFE !
Dude sounds like Nate Bargatze.
Help me I am a beginner
I have a dream about having a fake gun and it looks real but it’s without the bullets and I have a battle with my friends in my dream
you need to show an h&k mag release. those would be hard to understand for a newbie.

Call the FBI and have them remove it. Otherwise, you will lose a hand and your wife's truck will need a new roof.

Over and over and over the same thing on diff guns
Easy, TLDR: Rack slide, pull trigger until the gun quits shooting
the things i do for the sake of fanfiction
cant believe it took him 9 minutes to teach us how to get bullets out a gun
Don’t stick your duck in that hole
What’s up buddy , I have been watching you since you started your channel. I really enjoy your channel! MAGA 🇺🇸👌🏻
Just look down the barrel
Lmao😂. I’m hesitant to joke here. A lot of people are less intelligent than you think
Between the bbiz)z mice much kid dranaummtib
A gun with a Hammer could make a gun go off without pulling the trigger. The 1911 for example.
Quit bloviating
Damn, I had to Google that word. LOL!
Damn.......talk, talk, talk get to the point
Shut up! Bang!!! 😈
And fuk u. Bang bang
