@@kgspinz3351 hard motorsports makes a good delete kit, replaces the flange at the back of the head and has a plug for the coolant hose running from the heater valve. intstall is pretty simple and straight forward, i installed it on my M3 sedan in a vid a while back. www.hardmotorsport.com/hard-motorsport-heater-core-coolant-block-off-plate-bmw-e36-m3/

Awesome video, quick question when the misfire occurred was the misfire in multiple cylinder or just one and what do you think exactly solved it?

how did you know it was a m44 head?
1 coolant temp sensor, M42 has 2
m42 shim on bucket 44 has rocker arm. 42 has forged crank 44 has cast. so thats why it is made like this.
