- About Briohny Smyth: Briohny is best known for her love of inversions and arm balances. It's breathtaking when you see the grace of the human body and spirit in motion, and what we are capable of achieving. The yoga flow is so inspiring. It completely shows the dance of breath, movement, lightness, strength and flexibility that results from a dedicated practice. As a former yoga teacher, I am most in awe of the energy this video -- soothing and calming. Thank you.
Wow! This is one of the most incredible yoga videos I've ever seen! For many reasons. These 2 women so beautifully demonstrate the strength, grace and fluidity of the practice. Where yoga becomes dance, and art becomes yoga. Though masterful, it is not about the self; the spirit of yoga shines through. I could watch this again and again.
