developers really need to nerf the crap out of overlord, even without techs it's very strong and on top of that its techs are pretty strong. Bruh just compare boat to other giants
What do you think about interceptor turrets against boat/fort aa? I keep expecting you to drop some when expecting boats on the last round but you never do
I'd find it hard to go stormcallers on the spot you did. In the past maybe Id do lvl 2 storms with plan to go launcher overload in front of their giants, but even that has felt kind of underwhelming lately. They aren't even great at clearing chaff since crawlers outrun their shots. Felt they didn't have that much chaff since they went forts early-ish and you had wraiths, I would've probably gone 2 scorpions lined up with their giants, and then play it by ear (i.e. probably go overlords eventually cuz boats = gud numbers).
If you'll notice when the esteemed Rat does connect his Stormcaller missiles on Crawlers, its because they're engaged with other crawlers or the tanks. May I suggest trying another wave of chaff placement? It seems strong. I also didn't think 4 Storms in that place was correct but it sure was effective!
@@cubandarknez maybe I should specify that the storms are good if the enemy already has fangs you can connect to AND you are expecting a giant or he has just started building giants. Need to fullfill both these
Its much more reliable when killing small units. Usually they get stuck on few surviving crawlers or fangs. With HE much less of them survive. He probably took it because he already had the damage on scorpions but didnt want them to get stuck on chaff.

does nothing against fort aa, ok vs boat but not worth the cost imo. It's good if you interrupt sentry missile and after that reduce a bit of boat dmg

it's good to develop some storms against giants. First they kill the giant when you lack damage to them, then later you can use fire

Storms alredy clap anything slower and ranged, HE just makes do less dmg, i dont see why use it
