I was reading about how Steve Holy got the song and he doesn't like they put him in the video. I feel it shows the passion he has singing the song and it just adds to the video. I do like how he comments and it's not to define to just a romantic relationship this song can apply to anything.

Even though I'm not with this person because they are already in a relationship but I did experience exactly what you described here. The first few lines the funny thing is when this happens was 7 years after closed off heart which was also around the time I originally met him if that was even the first time we met. But recently this was in October of 2020 wasn't expecting or looking for anything just and unusual innocent encounter that left me change in ways I never knew possible. Like you say "rearranges your stars it makes you realize what you thought was love was wrong". This person does not know how I feel out of respect for the fact that there was someone else I could go on forever about this but this is public comment so that's all I'll say.
To add to this after listening to it a few more times this can apply to friendships as well not just intimate love.
