Hunt for GP40s, 1/2018

The railfan scene in southeastern Connecticut is about to undergo a major change. M8s will at some point run on Shore Line East trains between New Haven and Old Saybrook. The current SLE fleet will be transferred over to the Hartford-Springfield line. At present a few GP40-2Hs are being rebuilt and are rumored to return in a new paint scheme. I decided to go out and capture a few SLE trains with the GP40-2Hs before these get sent out for rebuild.
