WELL, THANKS SO MUCH JZ.....
you probably dont care but if you guys are bored like me atm you can stream pretty much all of the latest movies on instaflixxer. Have been watching with my brother recently =)
@Watson Elijah Definitely, have been watching on Instaflixxer for since november myself :)
I just have to say there are very few fire videos this long I watch completely through. That said you manage to get into the meat of the fire attack and provide very interesting and informative footage. Being a retired volunteer firefighter I have some knowledge of firefighting and understand the issues facing every IC on every fireground. Nothing angers me more than the Saturday evening armchair firefighters who have never fought a fire in their lives pretending they know everything there is to know about the conditions when they were not on scene or even close. Thank you for your excellent work Keep up the fantastic work you do. Please be extra careful during these difficult times unrest and covid. Wishing you the best Dave.
WELL, THAT MEANS A LOT FOR ME TO HEAR. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE KIND WORDS AND SUPPORT DAVE.....
Great video John, as always. ☺ Great job FDNY! You are all so dedicated and knowledgeable. Please be safe, always. God bless FDNY and of course John. 🙂
MOST KIND OF YOU CAROLE AND OF COURSE THANKS SO MUCH.....
As always JJ your videos are hands down the best! Keep up the great work and more importantly keep you and loved ones safe during this time of such madness without direction.
WELL, THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME AND THANKS SO MUCH ADAM.....YOU BE SAFE AS WELL......
WHOA. HOLY COW! That’s incredible footage. God Bless the men and women of the FDNY.
IT WAS BAD INDEED! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Once again, thanks for bringing this too us. Good Job as usual. Always enjoy your stuff.
My pleasure! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Nice coverage John,
I used to work at a bicycle shop many years ago now. They contain lots of flammable substances that are extremely toxic to breathe. Bicycle tires & tubes on bicycles. Extra tires & tubes in the parts room. (One time my boss bought a convex box of tires & one of tubes. All stored on site). Lubricating oils & greases. Paint finishes on the bicycles themselves & lots & lots of plastic through out the sales floor. Garments & display cases. The list goes on & on. That’s just the business without the building. Very sad indeed for the owners.
YES, THERE WERE A LOT OF CHEMICALS AND S TUFF IN THRE BURING FOR SHURE SO THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR STORY JOHN......IT WAS SAD AND CRAZY TOO!
It’s like the buildings are made of paper, they go up so fast. Great job FDNY, again as usual. And JJ, what can I say, you always do a great job.
IT IS VERY OLD CONSTRUCTION AND OLD WOOD IN THERE VIRGINA! A BAD FIRE INDEED! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Yeesh! That was real bad. Great catch from all angles. Great job FDNY! Stay awesome as always and be safe! Thank you!
IT WAS BAD INDEED! THANKS SO MUCH.....

?????????????
I give you credit brother, you get right on top of the action!!!
I TRY HARD FOR YOU ALL! THANKS SO MUCH.....
John, I hope you see this even though this video is older. I appreciate you videos so much. I am a former wildland firefighter, son of a volunteer structural FF. I have watched your videos with my son, a budding architect, so that my son learns what threat buildings are to those who have to fight a fire in them. Thank you for giving me more to talk about with my son. God bless
WELL, THAT MEANS A LOT FOR ME TO HEAR AND I AM SO GLAD TO BE OF SERVICE AND HELP TO YOU ALL WHICH ARE THE REAL HEREOS.....THANKS SO MUCH.....
You are a class act sir.
Great work as always, very descent and professional, informative and great video and angles, views and love your channel….
GLAD YOU LIKE THE VIDEOS AND CHANNEL AND OF COURSE THANKS SO MUCH.....
John you do a great job of holding the camera steady and not panning too fast. I watch some videos by others and get sick to my stomach because they jump around too much, but you have a steady hand. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
WELL, THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME JERRY! THANKS SO VERY MUCH.....
Awesome job! Great video and commentary, along with the radio traffic. You really are the best at this!
WELL, THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME AND THANKS SO MUCH LINDSEY.....
As usual... An applause to the Awesome top video man for catching the fire on camera.

You have done another excellent job with your presentation and monologue of this fire. 👍👍👍
WELL JOE, THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Agreed!!!! Best Videographer catching all the action!!!
WELL, THANKS SO MUCH TIM! THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME.....
Awesome video! You always get the best angle of all the videos I have seen! It looks like they were slow getting off the roof but as long as they all made it and no one got hurt, that’s all that matters!
I TRY HARD FOR YOU GUYS! THANKS SO MUCH.....
It's almost winter in NY Don't forget too keep a spare pair of warm gloves!
I AM GETTING ALL PREPARED! THANKS SO MUCH SEAN.....
@@THEMAJESTIRIUM1 Yeah John, keep those fingers warm!!!
Deep cold snaps make me nervous. More appartment fires happen under worst winter conditions than any summer heatwave. Too many people using space heaters in older apartments
Fantastic coverage as always JJ!
Thanks a ton Robert!
Love this video John, and your commentary and explanation of it all so educational for me!
Love your night videos
Excellent job as always!!
Love from Md.!
GLAD TO BE OF HELP IN UNDERSTANDING IT ALL! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Great footage as always John stay safe and god bless the FDNY from Canada
THANKS SO MUCH.....
A classic MAJESTIRIUM1 video. Great coverage!! Had my cold drink on one side and a bowl of peanuts on the other sitting on my easy chair. Thanks for bringing it to us. Of course hate to see businesses lost and jobs lost especially in these times. Take care, my friend.

EXCELLENT vantage point on top of that apartment building!!! Another well done video and superior coverage >>>>>
THANKS SO MUCH TOMM.....
This was the first of your videos that I have seen. Very professional job on your part, as well as the FD, of course. I most appreciate your appropriate comments when needed, but also letting the video tell the story. I subscribe!
WELL, I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT! THANKS SO MUCH.....
I love the trains in the background as well, Living in South Africa i have no idea from where to where they go but i see they just dont sleep either
OK...THX.....
Great views of the fire, you had a nice roof shot, got to see members working.
THANKS SO MUCH.....

YES IT DID INDEED DEBBIE.....THANKS SO MUCH.....
Great footage John! I saw that gray haired Truck officer with the leather New Yorker!
YES HE HAD THAT LEATHER ON! HAHA! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Great video JJ, you caught all the action. That was a big fire, and a long one. In regards to the broken hydrant, bad, there should never be a non-working hydrant in a city as big as NYC.
IT WAS HUGE INDEED AND YOUR ARE RIGHT ABOUT THE HYDRANT! THEY SHOULD ALL WORK EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME! THANKS SO MUCH.....
I think NYC has a division of public works that focuses on nothing but fire hydrants
Damn good video!
THANKS SO MUCH.....
NICE CATCH TODAY GREAT JOB ON THE FIRE NICE JOB FOR FDNY PUTTING OUT THE FIRE STAY SAFE UP BY YOU GUYS AN TO ALL THE BROTHER TO
I AGREE ROBERT AND THANKS SO MUCH.....
and I do hope your keeping well Majestirium...
I AM AND THANKS SO MUCH.....
Another great job John and like someone else had commented keep a pair of good warm gloves handy. Don't need another Marcal Paper frostbite incident. You can't capture all the great footage if your fingers are frozen. Thanks again brother.
I WILL HAVE PLENTY OF GLOVES ON HAND THIS YEAR GREG. THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR KIND WRODS AND SUPPORT ALWAYS.....
Another big one nice job jj❤👍
Thanks again!
Great footage as ever John good job, the roof view was a bit too smokey for ye lol i wouldn't have lasted a minute on that roof pfft.
I HEAR YA! THANKS SO MUCH.....
4055 white plains Rd to be exact, I forgot what time I started getting alerts but it was enough to wake me up, what a mess , a very smokey fire. I like modern technology I live in Baltimore MD and with help of technology I get to follow one of the finest fire departments around.
I HEAR YA ELIZABETH! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Im from Chicago but live in Kentucky now but i was watching sum youtube where Chicago fire was fighting a big fire yet seems like they were fumbling left an right an only a few Firefighters even wore airpacks. Like Iv held them to a high standard but damn Newyork Sets the standard for fighting fire. Every Fire company across the nation could learn from Newyork Firemen.
WELL, EACH DEPARTMENT OPERATES DIFFERENTLY AND SO THEY CHANGE UP THEIR GAME! BUT IN GENERAL THEY ALL DO THE SAME THING AND WE LOVE AND CARE FOR ALL OF THEM! I AM SURE YOU FEEL THE SAME WAY AND THANKS SO MUCH JOHN! ;o)
once again brother great video great audio I would like to see you come to my town Columbus Ohio and film our hometown heroes the Columbus fire department God bless and never forget 9/11
I HAVE BEEN THERE AND WILL COME AGAIN SOME DAY AS THE PANDEMIC CALMS DOWN! THANKS SO MUCH.....
It seems that because of the elevated train line on White Plains Road it was difficult/impossible to use a tower ladder on that side. Was that the case?
YES, IT WAS THE CASE! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Amazing coverage John! Why are these guys not simply getting off that roof when they are told?? No point in being a dead hero. 21 minutes in and no water on the fire yet!! Seems units don't know which unit they are supplying!!!!!!!!!!What a shambles!!! 40 mins in and ladder units opreational - at last. Poor effort/organisation albeit one of the hydrants was "out"
Great coverage John!! Brave guys nonetheless. Stay safe and well John.
THEY HAD A LOT OF OBSTACLES AND DID HAVE LOTS OF WATER ON THE FIRE BELOW. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CONTAINING THIS FIRE INDEED! THANKS SO MUCH.....
John cannot be everywhere at once. The FDNY was fighting the fire at ground level while John was on the roof. It's easy to criticize when you are not there, and you don't know their proceedures. There are many moving parts. This was NOT poor effort organization. Know what you are addressing before criticizing. Poor form goes to you!
Awesome video:-)
THANKS SO MUCH.....
Everybody off the roof now…Except for Majestirium.
HAHA! TOO FUNNY! THANKS SO MUCH.....
@@THEMAJESTIRIUM1 I noticed that eventually a hose line was established on the roof where you shot video of the clock loft extension. Why don’t they simply assign a Squad with an 1 1/2” to follow you, as you typically are where the action is? Sure would save time…
Love your videos ! You have said you aren't a fireman but how can you just walk right thru everywhere ?
I got my first bike from that shop as a kid, sad to see it go.
AWWWWW......
Great Job Brother!
THANKS SO MUCH JESUS.....
Great work John. If you had brought a line up with you at the start, you would have had the fire under control before the towers were up.
HAHA! THAT IS FUNNY DAVID. THANKS SO MUCH.....
Anther great video brother 🚒🧑🚒🇺🇸
Thanks 👍
The vid is beyond compare by the way....good work
THX.
"Everybody off the roof" and the the guys just keep cutting. That shows you how dedicated firefighters are to try and save lives & property.
YES, BUT THEY GOT OUT OF THERE FAST AFTER! THANKS SO MUCH.....

Maybe dedicated but should respond immediately to commands!!!!!!!!
Perhaps they were told to get off the roof of the Bike shop. Do you know which building they were talking about? Me neither.
At 18:45: "Truck 39" is really impressive; a tower ladder as semi-trailer. Virtually unknown in Germany, as roads are smaller and bends too narrow for vehicles like this one!
YUP.....
I lived in Germany early 60s for a few yrs and they had a lot of cows walking down the roads and sheep, herds of them. It was so cool for my young American children to watch. Fun times.
@@Chrislimey38 I grew up in a small town during the 1970s - 80s, with many farms around, so cows and sheep were quite common. Unfortunately, thousands of farmers have quit as running a farm has become ever more expensive and complicated, so pastoral scenes like this one are rare. This despite all the EU funding of farms and related businesses!
That's called a "Tiller" Truck. The driver in the back steers the rear wheels. They are actually more maneuverable around tight streets and narrow alleys because of this feature. The straight trucks cannot maneuver as well in some areas of N.Y.
@@MD21037 OK, thanks. Reminds me of Infantry Tanks that also feature a driver in the rear- but in this case for rapid retreat after firing.
FDNY best firefighting unit in the country convince me otherwise.
I AGREE THOMAS AND THANKS SO MUCH.....
Hi John. Can you tell me what is a TSU1 and what it does please. Stay safe.
TACTICAL SUPPORT UNIT.....THANKS SO MUCH.....
This gave me chills
ME TOO! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Fearless. God bless.
THANKS SO MUCH.....
You did it again JJ, be careful out there guy
I TRY ROBIN! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Very nice! ;)
Thank you! Cheers!
I believe this marks the official start of big fire season for the FDNY. Does it ever really end tho? Lol
Great job by FDNY and great footage as well sir! Stay safe God bless!🙏💪🚒🚑🚔
I HEAR YA! THANKS SO MUCH JAKE.....
Great video as usual. We live here in rural Pennsylvania so i have no idea what a taxpayer is. Could someone explain the term please?
A taxpayer is a building that is usually a 1-2 story building with a business on the ground level and housing above. The income pays the property tax.
@@finbrr thanks for the info. I kind of thought it was something like that.
SEVERAL BUSINESSES UNDER THE SAME ROOF WHO PAY TAXES. LIKE A STRIP MALL FOR EXAMPLE.....
THX..
Better safe than sorry take care of yourself
I AGREE.....THANKS SO MUCH.....
Sad situation :(
YES......
FDNY doesn’t use the standard three air horn blasts on all apparatus to tell all crews to evac the building ASAP?
Another fire that makes me wonder why not put at least a line or two on the roof to attack from above.
It seems like it took forever to get the tower ladder set up after command decided to evac the building and use it. I would have thought they would have gotten it setup and ready to go as soon as command made the decision to use it. It probably should have at least been in position as soon as fire was reported through the roof.
WELL, THEY DO NOT USE THE TONES HERE BUT THEY WERE DOING WHAT THEY HAD TO DO STEP BY STEP AND GOT THE JOB DONE. THANKS.
WOW firefighters standing on top of a roof of a building thats burning beneath them to close for confort for them
YES, BUT T HEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND GET OFF QUICKLY IF NECESSARY. THANKS.
How is each exposure defined?
1, 2, 3, 4.....
John, my lad, I see that you are still doings an outstanding job on your reports! (btw, do you have your own vehicle now??) Keep up the great work laddie, but be sure to stay safe! Ed
YES, I HAVE MY OWN CAR ED. ONCE AGAIN, THANKS SO MUCH.....
I wondered what happened to this place. I was on the expressway and could see the smoke.
NOT SURE.....
We are good here in PA but these guys are elite.
COOL AND THANKS SO MUCH.....
i don't understand when they say clear the roof. members ignore the command.
SOMETIMES PEOPLE DO NOT LISTEN SADLY.....;o(
Nice another big fire but hope the firefighters are ok
YES, THEY WERE OK! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Great job, shooting from the adjacent roof, that was a great angle! Just wondering why the FF's were not using hand lines after they were ordered out? It seemed they just all waiting on those towers!
(What does the term "taxpayer" mean in your description?) 🤔
WELL, TAXPAYER IS A TERM USED FOR MULTIPLE BUSINESS UNDER THE SAME COMMON ROOF OF COURSE WHO PAY TAXES. AS FOR THE HAND LINES, THEY HAD MANY ALREADY IN OPERATION ALL AROUND THE STRUCTURE......THANKS SO MUCH.....
@@THEMAJESTIRIUM1 Thank you for your reply.
YOUR WELCOME TIMMIE.....

WELL, THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME! THANKS SO MUCH.....

YES INDEED THOMAS! THANKS SO MUCH.....
loved the follow up of that 4th alarm taxpayer fire...
GLAD YOU ENJOYED IT MEL! THANKS AGAIN.....
Does NY consider Trump Tower as taxpayer too ?
IDK.....
That's a very old building
IT WAS OLD INDEED! THANKS SO MUCH.....
Nice video
THANKS.....
Why is it referred to as a Taxpayer?
What is the"manifold"?
YOU CAN ATTACK LIKE 6 LINES TO IT FROM THE SATELLITE TRUCK TO SPRAY A LOT MORE WATER ON A FIRE.....THANKS SO MUCH.....
Hello, right at the beginning of this video I had some kind of a déjà - vu: what is a "Taxpayer", please? Up to then a "taxpayer" to me is someone who has to pay money to the State to have less money in his pocket - or land in gaol! Thank you!
SEVERAL BUSINESSES UNDER THE SAME ROOF. THANKS SO MUCH.....
Hey John whats the FDNY By Laws for running Just Strictly Blue Lights can you do that since your with the FDNY just for you or whats the law stating that
NO, IT IS LILLEGAL HERE UNLESS YOU ARE FIRST RESPONDER.....THANKS SO MUCH RICHARD.....
@@THEMAJESTIRIUM1 alright thanks bud I was kinda of curious cuz where I run here in PA our firefighters can run blue lights according to our company and state SOG's and Bylaws
