Good call! All that dirt and debris up the side of the Bronco is really hard on the paint.

When my stock tires wear out I'd definitely consider this! But mud flaps are way cheaper than wheels right bow 😅

That Bronco looks so good setup that way. Very slick setup! 👍🏻

Thanks for the quick review! I wouldn't think so, but do you have any issues with tire rubbing?

Hey - thanks for the video and the update! Much appreciated. I am just curious why the standard (smaller) width fender flares offer any advantage over just keeping the Sasquatch (wider) flares on in this case?

No reason except it would look weird. This set up brings the tires in about an inch on either side. My next set of tires will be 11.5 wide to suite the wheel width. Hope this helps!

I have seen a few of your vids, I like the one on the RC winch mount, very helpful. Question...what water bags are those? Thx.

This is exactly what I have been searching for info on! I want to do the same thing on my Sasquatch big bend. Did you have to use spacers to alleviate any rubbing because of the difference in offset in the steelies vs the SAS wheels? I think I have read every post in the B6G tire section and nobody seems to be going in this direction. Seems poke is popular. I want to grab a set of steelies or big bend take offs with the 35s but don’t want spacers. Love your channel!!

I did not use spacers and have had zero rubbing. I’m not sure if the Badlands is a touch higher that a Big Bend Sasquatch. If they share the same suspension you will fine with a straight across switch. Thank you for the comment.

Didn't I watch a video where you installed mabet mudflaps? Why did you take them off? Hope I'm Finally picking up my Non sas 2dr tomorrow. I swapped to 34" M/T Baja Boss tires. Was thinking of adding some mud flaps to combat rock chips. Doesn't seem to be any good options for non SAS without the factory rock rails.

Hi Danny, you are correct. I did a review on the Mabett mud flaps. They were great and easy to install. I removed them because they are stiff (like others on the market) That's ok for road and mild trails, but not for dropping down off obstacles. You may find without the SAS package you don't need mud flaps. That's why I did what I did bringing the tries under the Bronco. Not perfect but keeps the mud off the door handles and windows.
Congrats on the new Bronco. The Baja Boss tires are a great choice!

@@NorthwestBronco AH... I get it. I've never done much serious off roading. Mostly old logging roads and trails to ghost towns. I didn't get the SAS cause I dislike the big fender flares. Normal badlands flares don't bug me, but chose the obx with the painted flares. Opted for the advanced 4x4 with the rear locker and 4.46 gears. Looks great with the minivan duelers off. Like you I saved and watched for sales on parts over the last 3 years waiting for the 2dr. I got some Method 703 bead grips in bronze to go with my M/T's. They have just a little poke. Maybe like half inch. I ran them on my 4dr 10k miles. I didn't notice any chips but it always made me a little nervous. I would love to do the ADV fender flares and some cool Icon, Fox or King lift. But I don't feel that rich right now. Inflation is pounding my small business right noe

@@dannyp4959 We do the same type of adventures. That Bronco will suite you just fine. I've only used the front locker once when I was stuck in the sand. The Bronco walked right out of it. I'd carry four tractions boards to combat that situation. Otherwise sounds like a good deal. The 12" screen on that OBX is a wonderful feature. Keep me posted if you don't mind. I'd love to hear how things are going!
