Watching Series 1 Episode 6 "Repenting"

The brilliant comedy written by the late Jim Hitchmough. Starring Emma Wray, Paul Bown, Lisa Tarbuck and Patsy Byrne. When shy birdwatcher Malcolm meets the rather loud, bright young Brenda. It ran from 1987 to 1993.
Episode 6 "Repenting"
The write up:
Pamela Repents and allows Brenda back to the flat. With compassionate thoughts in her head, Brenda has ideas about making Pamela feel more appreciated by her boss and lover Sydney Clough. A surprise party is arranged, but will everything work out as expected?
