So it does use slightly more power than it generates.

Im quite sure that would depend on the usage and the weather conditions. if you say used it in northern norway in summer time,
when the sun shines 24/7 it probably would create more power than it use as long as you dont also use the 2 x 180KW electric motors.
And instead use the sails, and the drag PRODUCE 2 X 15kw BY spinning the propellars and using the motors as generators.
Said in another way,, if it produce say 34kw solar power and use less than that on say air condition, cooking food + lights.
it should be possible to store some energy and slowly charge the batteries to have to use when the sun dont shine.
