Here's all the endings/certificates, and how to get them:
"Completion" = get all the haunted animatronics in the pizzeria and burn them at the end
"Mediocrity" = go though the entire game with 0 FazPoints at the end
"Blacklisted" = end the game with 50+ liability risk
"Lorekeeper" = get all endings in the arcade games (Fruity Maze, The Puppet and Midnight Motorist)
"Bankruptcy" = use all your money and settle a lawsuit (i.e. get in debt)
"Insanity" = buy the Egg Baby. Then at the next night, turn off the computer and press the button/light at the lower left corner of the computer. Henry will talk about William, and his plan. You can also see blueprints on how some animatronics work. Like the lure system in the vents and LEFTY

I have good memories of this livestream. It was a pretty warm day despite it being December, and my dad was on his way to school to pick me up, as I wasn't feeling well and had a fever. When I arrived back home, I was so chilly that I filled the couch with as many blankets as I could, and sipped the chicken noodle soup my dad made as fast as I could without burning myself. I turned on my phone to find out that Mark was streaming for the first time in a while. It was this stream, and I watched it from I want to say the 13 minute mark (no pun intended) to the end. Definitely one of my better sick days, and it's cool that Mark decided to stream that day. Thanks man.

Actually, Egg Baby does do something. When you get it, the light onthe computer changes and you can turn off the computer and restart. That will bring you to how the animatronics work and different secret files. Like this so Mark sees

i love how mark had the most traumatic experience watching charlie die and then the happy song plays while he gets points
I’m watching this in the middle of the night and the car horn in the candy mini game scared the absolute hell out of me
I just love how in this one Mark does the exact opposite of what Henry intended. Instead of a fake pizzeria to trap all of the animatronics in one place - Mark legitimately starts a huge money-making business, gets rid of the all the dodgy animatronics - and enchants an entire generation of children and adults alike. xD Well done Mark.
Henry then fires Mark out of sheer anger and tries to do his plan. When he lures the shifty animatronics back to the place, it would work but now he had to do Mark's job of ordering supplies and on top of that, survive the animatronics. Henry is so set on his plan, but he also changed the way the pizzeria had been set up. He gets rid of the the safe stuff and replaces them with stuff that he likes, which unfortunately for him, is the stuff that has liability risk. Soon as the days go by, the pizzeria gets less money and more lawsuits and his own company is starting to turn on him, thinking he does not care for saftey and entertainment. Henry does not care thou and neglect everything just to do his plan. Soon however the shifty animatronics figure out the plan and somehiw get out, which enrages Henry. so during the daysift he tried to attack a customer. the police cae and sen thim to a mental insitution.

It adds to the sadness and it's kindof brilliant. The cheerful sounds and colors juxtaposed to the tragedy of the cutscene undermines the tragedy and kind of even reflects the heartless of how Afton profits off of the tormentor his victims. It gives you a taste of the sadness his victims feel with the happiness afton feels when the remnant made from it works in his favor.

during the car easteregg this means part of the lore of fnaf, the easteregg's setting takes place between fnaf 5 (sister location) and fnaf 2, henry (william's friend) kicks william out of the pizza place because william accidentally killed his daughter elizabteth/baby by a project that was intentionally meant to kill kids to experiment on how dead children posses animatronics that they have been killed by, henry knows what william has done and won't let him back in, then william sneaks into the pizza place that henry is now running and then hides in the spring bonnie suit and luring 4 children into the backroom then killing them, henry heard what happened and he became pissed, he knew that william had become a psychopathic killer by this point and is scared that he will kill his daughter charlie wich is mentioned at the end of the good ending rout in fnaf pizzeria sim, so he created the marionette, it's main purpose was to protect charlie from any threat, then william found the perfect opportunity to kill his daughter because some kids blocked the marionettes box and threw charlie out of the building, so william struck, charlie immediately recognized william and she ran into the back alley to hide, but it was too late, whilst she was running for her life william already caught up with her and brutally stabbed her to death, and the marionette didn't have enough time to save her, so once the puppet went outside to the dead corpse of her body, the puppet layed next to her and now her sould possesses the puppet, then williams wife goes insane after all the murders he has done then william kills her and then her body possesses bellora, then he goes to the old pizzeria then dies in the springbonnie suit yaddy yaddy yadda and then transitions to fnaf 2 and all that lore crap
