Actually. After discussing it with my older sibling, we've come to the conclusion that Mangle initially just had the dog, which is how we know Mangle in Five Nights 2, but later on, possibly in that very game, the girl is stuffed in with her dead dog, thus why she speaks in UCN, but not 2. She was very recently put in there with her dog.
FNAF heavily inspired me to get really deep into my writing, mainly by peeving me off so much with its convoluted and confusing storytelling that I wanted to write something that made sense out of spite.
I feel this. I love the FNaF story and all that, but when I find my own stories becoming a bit too eventful, I make a point to write out a timeline for them literally just so I'll be able to understand my own work instead of getting confused with it like I do with FNaF. xD

As an older brother, I can't help but love that mike is shown to actually care about his brother in midnight motorway, despite the ragging that led to his death. It shows that mike was, at his core, a decent brother who simply made a mistake in the FNAF 4 minigames. Really helps humanize the guy who way play across pretty much the entire original saga.
Yeah, the bite of '83 was completely William's doing by designing Fredbear to be so deadly. Sure, what Michael did was mean, but the worst a bite from a Chuck E' Cheese wannabe could do is a little bruise if anything. Actually, even that would be a bit too much. Like, no animatronic should be able to actually injure someone from a bite, let alone crack their skull.
But MatPat of course made a video about that lol which is really interesting
Yeah, in the end, kids are going to be kids, it’s the fault of the design of fredbear to have hydraulics installed in his jaw strong enough to crack a skull in one crunch, Michael is one of my favorite characters in the franchise, I love his sense of responsibility to fix his broken family
and in the end he choses to "die" in the fire but we now know that he went on to posses glamrock freddy and Gregory (crying child) lives on as an android
@@DevinAswani to be fair, we don't *know* that. those are just theories, and they are rightfully controversial theories because there is conflicting evidence.
(I don't think Michael's spirit has hung around, but I do think Gregory was designed and initially built to be the robot version of the crying child. however, I think at some point afton decided he wanted immortality and abandoned the child rebuilding, but now, he wants to use Gregory as a vessel for himself so he can live again. that's just my personal theory, though. there's not a lot of direct evidence for it.)

I think I might have figured out why Scott would make "purple guy" orange. So in when you talk to him in fnaf world, he tells you not to mistake him for the real purple guy, the purple is meant to represent shadows. But in midnight motorist he's not hiding in the shadows. It's kinda farfetched I know but still something to think about.

Watching a "do u know da was" reference in 2023 was more painful than being bit by an animatronic
I know the moment has long passed for additions to this, but purple guy vs mustard man. I think back to the ennard/Mike cutscenes, he starts out normal human coloured and gradually turns purple as his body decays. I’ve always felt like it was a similar thing with William, how the yellow was supposed to show him before he became purple guy, and while he wasn’t decaying physically, not until he became Springtrap, he was mentally decaying as he became more murderous and evil, and ultimately ended up as he did. I also saw the badge in him as a potential heart symbolism, how despite everything he had a small amount of love and grief over his family and how they ended up, and the yellow colouring of it was the last bit of his humanity, post mustard/purple skin tone change.

Hey Mat, just watched your latest SB video. Top-notch quality, per the usual. Just wanted to thank you for introducing and intriguing me into playing FNaF, specifically FNaF 6. I watched this video a week or so after you published it and instantly became hooked. I actually began to speedrun FNaF 6 and just published a guide to help other runners who want to do the same. You're amazing, keep up the work.
A thought occurs: what if that is William afton? He was leaving in his Bonnie suit for his first killing. Cause it’s hand stitched. So he had to have made it himself. He leaves his house for his first kill, his youngest son noticed him and ran to see Bonnie. But instead he saw his father kill Charlie. Only he didn’t know it was his dad. After that William comes home to see his son had run off. Now he used his disks to scare his son. Hence why Bonnie has always felt, well a bit more mangled and nightmarish. He saw Elizabeth get scooped and so the nightmares have a stomach mouth. It keeps William as the father, it explains the game, and it explains why he became terrified of Freddy’s.

Perhaps William Afton's a different color because he isn't hidden in the shadows here. I'd assume the lights of his house would illuminate his figure, thus not making him purple given that he was purple to suggest a shadowy figure.

Something occurred to me today as I was scrolling through random FNAF videos. I hadn’t seen it brought up anywhere - though I am blissfully insulated from most social media - so figured I’d drop it here since it’s most related to FNAF6…
There’s been a lot of discussion about the identity of “Mustard Man” in Midnight Motorist/Later That Night, with plenty of words devoted to expressing that Scott (usually) is pretty insistent and consistent on colors. General consensus is that Mustard Man is Afton, and the primary reason he’s not purple here is for visibility reasons. That’s fine enough, I suppose, but I’m wondering if anyone’s done a color comparison between Mustard Man and the badge (or whatever it is) on Afton’s “SAVETHEM” sprite or Spring Bonnie/Springtrap’s sprite from Afton’s death scene? They look fairly similar to me, but I’ve got color vision problems and don’t have image editing software handy to do the comparison myself.
Just something to chew on.

Let's be honest, Five Nights at Freddy's is a never-ending story. In every game, a new character or backstory is introduced. Every time I watch a theory video, I end up being more confused than before.

I think that the orange 'guy' is Mrs Afton with her husband off to the crying child's grave and michael casually sitting and watching TV that would explain the change in color and this is also before she left them as michael is still there and it would also explain her absence
