This is how to grow broccoli from seeds in container, as microgreens at home. Just within a week, this wonderful microgreen is ready for consumption. These baby seedlings are packed with flavor & nutrition - up to 40x the vitamins & minerals of their mature plants! Just one pinch is all you need to liven up any sandwich, salad, or smoothie. The grow kit I used comes with its own compressed soil pellet which expands when watered. Very convenient!
