Your cellphone and your computer are not evil yet they will make you waste years away and possibly ruin parts of your life, because they're literally designed for you to do that. So pointing out that we need to take control of our own life is good, but it's redundant at this point. We know that already. We just don't know HOW to take the power back for good. I get tired of facebook self help slogans, so I'd say there are no half measures. I've cut my internet access before and I became happier. If I lose one more ounce of attachment to my favorite youtube shows I could see myself quitting the internet for good. I don't actually need it anyway, I've checked. Sorry for getting pissy.
