Yiga la, which brand of flour is the best for making laphing? I saw your latest Mukbang video on Laphing and shabaklap. Wondered which flour you have used to make it. It looks good. I tried to make it with Four Roses plain flour but didn’t turn out well.
it doesn't matter with the brand. we just need maida. or else all purpose flour can also do

Around 1-2 minutes. You can take it out when you see the bubbles like mine in the video

I made laping in cake plate but all r craking n i used aluminiumplate. But little bit besser result for form. My children r crazy. Now today dinner, i try chicken briyani. I m already Merinate but i havent masala as ur recept. That y, little bit..... i cant send u my laping photo.sorry, Waiting ur next fast n easy homemade...
Hi, i tried making it. But it keeps on breaking into small pieces while i try to slice it with gluten. And it also taste kind of sticky. Can u pls tell me what’s wrong with my long process hard work?

Hi Yiga How long should I steam laphing?
Just for like 1 to 2 mins and when you see the bubbles, then it's done. Try to make thin so it'll cook faster

What do you put in your tingmo dough? My tingmo never becomes soft like yours. 🙏🏻
in a Luke warm water put sugar and yeast together and let sugar dissolve. As sugar makes yeast work better.
And add bit of salt in four and then make a dough like normal.
And let it sit for like 30 mins to 1 hour to let yeast work in like warm place.

Acha la I also do the same but lhaphing is not like jelly.
Likpa Tu same happens with my laphing sheets..it breaks and when i add more water to the laphing batter, it tears easily ..what should i do now😭

There is specific food colour to make laphing yellow.. you don’t put “gasey” or else the laphing will taste like gasey.
Mine didn’t taste like Gasey so natural food coloring is better than artificial

Great video and good effort. But I am so sorry to tell you that your food is very unhealthy. Try to use as less oil as possible and with that I think you can make food much more tasty without using that poison called -- YUCHING
