- Hello everyone, and join me in the third vlog in my series from my holiday in Spain. This time I show you around the beautiful historic city of Cartagena, in the Murcian region of Spain. This city was at its peak during the Roman Empire when it was known as Carthaga Nova, and today it is full of Roman ruins and museums to visit. The Castillo de la Concepcion is a medieval fortress at the highest point in the city and provides the best panoramic views. When you need a break from the sight-seeing, a stroll along the port or a trip to Cala Cortina, an idyllic beach only a 10 minute drive away, provide the perfect places to relax. And the culinary scene in Cartagena was amazing too... I was impressed at every restaurant I ate at. I hope you enjoy the video!
