ashish gupta Yes it does. It's written in the manual. But anyhow even if the warranty was still available they just waive off the labour charges and u still have to pay for other things so why to wait for a year for expiration of warranty, if you like it do it..!

mohammed bahauddin No it will work 100%, my friend has Installed it on his Honda Activa! Then Avenger is still far better than that.. Go for it

unless you run alot of accessories a volt meter will be more useful (will let you know if a problem with charging system). an oil temp/pressure gauge can also be useful on air cooled bikes
