Great way to slice your fingers. Use a mandolin with a guard not the cheap, lethal utensil in this video. You can get a decent one on Amazon for £8. Also pans come with wire baskets these days. No need to place them one by one into hot oil. And they can all be lifted out together to drain. It ain't rocket science!
