Chris, you are one of the top innovators in the BBQ business. It's because you design cookers from a cook's perspective. Most pit builders can't boil water. You can actually cook. And being able to cook allows you to constantly innovate to make better cookers. Thank you.
Talk about delivering the goods. Folks asked, you delivered. Home run.
Glad you liked it
Wow! Rotisserie brisket! Must be a first! Great showcase of this cooker’s abilities!
I had never seen it before myself. Honestly had no idea how it would turn out but it was among the top 3 I have ever tasted. Definitely going to do this again in the future.
Awesome cook!
Can’t wait until my pit is ready.
However, after seeing a few of your cooks, I’m concerned about how easy it will be to clean this pit or add wood/charcoal if needed while in use.
Post a videos of the cleaning process please!
Lack of grease management was my first thought on seeing this grill. I would love a video explaining this also.
That probably $20+ in charcoal alone. I’m curious how it does low and slow with wood splits and no forced air unit.
Got to love a good fat side up and down brisket!
Cant go wrong with this method.
A rotisserie brisket 🤯 that is just amazing
Been waiting for this type of cook/demonstration. Thank you hopefully, there will be another video over the holidays. Looking to visit your shop sometime in January to most likely place an order.
More to come!
That Brisket Looks Amazing!!!!
Thanks
I was thinking of getting both an off set and the El`Patron but this sealed the deal for me. I hooked on the El`Patron.
Looks really good

Awesome slow and fast cooker
Thank you so much
Thank you for showing that the rotisserie can be loaded with meat and then set in the grill. It looks amazing and so did that brisket. Now to sell off some of my grills/smokers to make room.
Glad you liked it
Chris that looks amazing….OMG I’m going to order a El Patron….
This looks amazing.. I already have the 42” pellet smoker I LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS
Thanks for showing how rotisserie works. I would like to learn more about the smoke slow on a long cook like this.
You got it! Shoot me an email with any questions you have lonestargrillz@gmail.com
Any low and slow cooks without the fan?
Great cook Chris! Can't wait to fire this bad boy up!
Can't wait!
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it
What a fantastic cooker…. Nothing it can’t do…. I just wish LSG would have a Canadian distribution network…. The freight charges from Texas to Canada are killer….
Have one of his pellet grills , absolutely love it , was looking at his santa maria grill ,then this beast arrived , now to convince momma we this one also 😂😂
Right on! Just let us know when your ready.
Love the video I will keep this smoker in mind are you going to do one on the cabinet pellet smoker
Should start some videos on it soon.
How did you not show us a cut from that point? That's the money shot lol
I have been cooking briskets on my WSM with a Fire board for a long time. can you show a video of running it more like an off set smoker adding a log to the fire baskit every few hr
Thank you for an amzing smoker and video.
Great Video! Thanks. Would like to see a Choice brisket with splits video, cause I cook both ways i.e. with set and forget and active manage. Also curious what the max temp is for pizza cooking. Thanks.
just wish I could use the rotisserie on the large pellet grill.
Maaaannnn.
You gonna make me spend more money
Killer looking brisket Chris. Hoping to order your pellet grill in the few weeks. Do you offer the rotisserie on the pellet grill as well?
No it wont fit with the hopper and the stack in the center. If we move it towards the front its rendered useless as there isnt enough space.
About how many slabs of ribs can you cook at a time?
Hi Chris! Such a cool grill!! Any idea how low you could maintain temp throwing splits on the El Patron, keeping an open flame like on an offset?
Yes smaller splits, half to third sized since your directly over the fire.
El Patron price?

Dear Santa 🎅
OMG! Rotisserie and set it and leave it for 15hrs. How can you go wrong.
How do you like it Neiman Marcus lol
You messed up by not putting black pepper on first. Try again
If I'm dry brining all day (like this), I like to apply the salt first to draw out the moisture and then pull all the seasoning into the meat.
And, given Chris stated that this was the best bite of brisket he's had, it's kinda hard to convince me that he messed up!!
