Do you want to lose excess fat? Do this step workout for fat loss. It's extremely rewarding and even strengthens and tones your legs.
If you're new to step workouts, this one will be doable. If you're used to step workouts, it'll also be doable and fun.
Obviously, step workouts are riskier than walking in place so be careful when stepping.
Moving fast will help you burn more calories.

I used to work out religiously and then I stopped - wish I had not. Now I am 66 years old & need to lose some weight. I don’t have diabetes but I am insulin resistant and I eat healthy. I am doing resistance training as well as stretching and now I can add your video to my repertoire. Great job on a super versatile low impact and clean aerobic video!

I used to do step aerobics in the 90’s. I am revisiting it because I realized you could do quick efficient heart pumping workouts at home. This is a great workout easy on the knees but gets the heart pumping. I love that the moves are easy to follow.
If there's such a thing as a "pre- beginner", that would be me. Thank you for this channel. At 51, with some physical limitations, I was able to do your workout, with a few modifications, and not feel completely discouraged and lost.

Dear Brian, this is my absolute favorite video. After a year I think I understood how to do the exercises correctly! You have to do them like an elf and not like an elephant - it's better for your back!

This treadmill is excellent! It not only does it take up allot of space but I can use it throughout the house since it is not too heavy to move. I sincerely recommend this treadmill.

Did this after my usual workout dvd. I sweat more than I ever have....especially since there are no breaks. The few workouts I've tried have been awesome.

Love that you are incorporating the step routines! Have you considered having a total countdown clock? On some of the workouts I start to give up and hit stop only to find out there is a few minutes left.

It definitely helps with balance but you need lower body strength workouts to build leg muscles

this is great ye, i didn't really know how to use my step board now i have a great work out plan for it. drenched in sweat unlike most the free weigh training i do this is nice intense full body fat burner . love it . :) will be sure to check out more of your vids and share x

First time seeing this. I'm going to give it a try this evening. I'm 61 and want to lose 50 pounds. The 30 I gained after a stroke Oct. 2022 would be great. My step board is schedule to arrive today.

I started yesterday and only made it to 7 minutes and 34 seconds. I kept having to stop and catch my breath. Today, I got back at it. I felt clumsy, but I finished. I'm in it to win it. 👍
