At such a young age, BigHit has placed a huge responsibility in Namjoon's shoulder. @@missriya8724 They we’re doing something that required them to be in specific spots. Tae had to pose at a specific time and when he spilled the water he could’ve missed what he was supposed to do.
RM is the leader it’s his job to keep these guys together and do certain things. He took the bottle away from Tae because the situation needed to be under control to do what needed to be done. Once it was over RM gave the bottle back to Tae.
What you don’t see is Tae arguing with RM about it because he knows he did wrong by getting distracted during an important event. All of the BTS members really respect RM because he is able to be fair and understanding while also being stern and handling stressful situations.

They don't realize that bts is only bts with all the seven members. I mean, I would still listen to them if one of them left, but I don't want them to. He is main rapper , one of best rapper in K-pop, youngest idol who have over 170 KOMCA credits , Once he topped BB charts as 3rd best song writer, Record Producer , Dancer and vocalist. He have participated in 90% of BTS songs. It's easy to find songs he haven't participated more than ones he participated. He have helped members to write their own solos too. Such as my time, serendipity, singularity, Moon, Begin and more. He had to practiced dancing more because he wasn't a dancer first. He had to keep everything in sync between company and members, He had to face criticisms of his own friends because he chose to become an idol, he used to transition English hate comments to positive ones because he didn't want to make members sad , he was told to leave BTS because those so called ' fans ' thought he didn't match to idol image , he was told to leave his group which first started from him.
Still after so many years lot of fandoms ignore him, he is just leader for them, the one who take care of babies. Do you think he is a babysitter? He is an artist. He used to suffer from depression but he was strong. Have anyone seen his first mixtape? How he used to hate himself, how he thought he was ugly so he wore sunglasses to cover his eyes, Do you think it's easy to step on love yourself path after hating yourself? It's really hard to hold in such a situation. I am telling from my own experience. If it wasn't his Mono album maybe I won't be here to write this long essay. I adore RM for that and respect him. It doesn't matter who your bias is but respect and support every member. Plz always remember RM isn't just a leader but more than that. He is so precious and talented person.

Seriously, most of the ARMYs, especially the younger ones, tend to see him only as a leader, always forgetting how great of a rapper, producer & songwriter he is with such a helpful, mature & incredible persona. No matter how many times I watch the plagiarism question part of this video, I'm always impressed by how RM and Suga handle this interviewer. I don't think the interviewer was necessarily in the wrong for asking this question, because the freedom of the press is very important and valuable thing. It's just, the question feels yucky because the band holds press releases to celebrate their music. It's like winning an award for graduating top of your class, then being asked by the interviewer about that time you cheated on an important test. LOL.
Anyway, what's impressive about this scene is that although the question is somewhat delicately asked, it's still the type of questions that is designed to incite a reaction from someone, usually a negative or explosive reaction. The way Suga asks for clarification and RM parrots the question back to make sure it is very clear what they are supposed to be answering ensures that the whole room hears the question (and consequently hears how horrifying it is), and doesn't allow any room for guessing as to what part of the question they need to answer (sometimes interviewers ask vague questions that are open to interpretation - which can result in them getting any variety of juicy answers).
The part where Suga basically says "yes, we know what you're talking about" but "our opinion on the matter is the same as our company" is a really classy way of saying "no comment" without sounding like you're trying to hide something, and as a way to make it sound like you ARE commenting.
Idk this whole scene is a perfect example of the PR training these boys have undoubtedly been given over the course of their careers. When someone says something to cause a negative reaction out of you, the newspapers and online articles aren't going to care what the question was - they're only going to care about your reaction. Being able to go "high" when others go "low" is not easy, but it shows your professionalism and that BTS have class and will not stoop to arguing with the press.
Words from my 10 year old niece before she knew RM was the leader: "I like RM the most because he seems like he'd be a good leader, PLUS HE LEARNED ENGLISH WATCHING FRIENDS MY FAV SERIES"
Same thing happened with me. 18 year lol. I didn't know much about bts and the first time I saw them, I got the charisma of Namjoon and felt that he's the leader and the most mature one.

I don’t know why, but seeing these kind of things just make me realize all the more that they are just humans like us, just that they have more emotional intelligence because they can manage their emotions better than a normal person. This also makes me admire namjoon even more, and i can understand why the other members look up to him so much.
I've seen some part of their documentary. Media often talk about their friendship but I'm more impressed by how they learned to deal with tension and fight. They always try to talk and to have good communication. The even allow some time to the person (when they aren't in the middle of a show)

He's the leader, he is already under so much pressure and to bring 6 different personalities together on stage and represent bts as a whole, it's natural to get angry or annoyed. He is assertive, as a leader should be. And bts has always said how Namjoon is perfectly suited to be a leader and they respect him so much because is not an easy job, to be the mediator between the team and the company, to be the spokesperson for the group, to manage everyone when things get heated. He has such a strong presence and is charismatic, people just shut up LISTEN when he speaks. He knows how to bring out the best in each member. He's a goofy guy otherwise but when situation demands, he switches from joonie to RM and I love that about him. He's such an inspiration to me.

He barely gets angry, and even when he does there’s a reason behind it. We have to realize that being an idol is obviously a job too.
