I think he said they were ugly as if that's the appeal and imo it kind of is. Kai'sa while interesting mostly because she's most likely kass' daughter falls flat visually in some aspects.

All permanent increases to Attack Speed, including from levels and runes, is considered Bonus Attack Speed. Something to think about when you're trying to build her.
She wasn't designed such that the ideal build evolves every ability in every game.
Rather, she can specialize around AD, AP and on-hit options.

Is this really suppose to be an ADC? I'm sure she will be played more jungle or mid with the kit she has.
She's an incredible assassin in the jungle at the moment, but she'll definitely get nerfed.
I don’t think she will hold up mid, she has to get pretty close to the wave in order to wave clear while she also has little mobility without R. Mages will our range and out push her, assassins will jump on her for getting too close. Jungle seems viable though.
Drelex you can tell they want her to be an adc because allies with CC can add plasma, which every bot lane has some form of. (I don’t know what’s going on in pbe) but I can imagine her being a jungle since her W R range is huge.
To my belief, most people play her adc on pbe
Also since allies with CC can apply plasma, she can follow up for ganks incredibly easily. They CC, then she ults into the lane from a million miles away.
I think I'm in love, she has all the abilities I wanted a champ to have. AP/AD mixture, % execution, slowly stacking damage... AWESOME!
