4 tbsp mild curry powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp ground cumin

Looks good mate.
The warm nuts you get in the pub (at least here in Scotland) have a kind of crispy shell around each nut. I’m guessing they’re quickly deep fried or something beforehand

Correct! It’s usually a batter of flour and cornflour with spices that gives it that crunch!

I've tried to make roasted nuts in alot of different ways but could never get it right. Using egg whites might be the key! Thanks my friend 👍✝️🇺🇲
