- Julianna, a 10-month-old traveler, became the unexpected highlight of a flight after a lengthy delay at Chicago O'Hare Airport. Despite the frustration of a three-hour wait, Julianna's infectious charm shone through as she greeted fellow passengers with a cheerful "hi."
"She made the whole plane smile and we liked to think she took away travel stress with her big smile and personality," said Desiree, her mother and filmer.

I know! When she saw that one lady, who had the blue suitcase ,go past her& she looked up & said "oh, okay. Hi" it was everything! That part got to me 10× more than the other "hi's" she said for some reason. Such adorable preciousness all wrapped up into one sweet little angel!

100% yes to this. I've had that happen at work (I work at a hotel) - I could be having the absolute crappiest shift, but if someone comes in with a friendly baby who just wants to be friends, suddenly all the crap I had to deal with prior doesn't seem so bad.

I ended up helping a Momma on a flight once and got to hold her baby for hours. Best flight I've ever been on. We kept in touch and became friends. It's just so much easier to be nice. This little one is going to be an amazing human.
