The fact that you share you’ve not been to the gym is amazing I feel so horrible when I don’t but it doesn’t matter I base my love for my body on whether or not I go to the gym but that’s wrong thanks Hannah for being transparent
You don’t have to go to the gym to be healthy :) there are so many other ways to move your body like cycling, walking, dancing, yoga- do whatever you enjoy :)
@@Elena-pq8yp yes so true…when I was less than 15 o always cycled did all these standing cycling tricks and all but got older and dropped it and recently my new partner got us cycling for our first date and I haven’t stopped ever since. I love it so much and you’re right…walking does so much more than you think even as simple as enhancing metabolism…when I walk in the evenings I have a better bowel movements than days when I don’t
I so often feel like youtubers/influencers portray this perfect life of always being on track and working out every day no matter what. It always feels so unrealistic and unattainable for the rest of us, like what you’re doing is never enough and taking time off is failing. Thank you for talking about routines and showing the world that you fall off track like the rest of us, it made me feel better about not working out since my holiday 2 months ago lol
If it makes you feel any better, I haven’t done any ‘overt’ exercise in years other than short walks and some light yoga as I am recovering from an ED and it would only make it a lot harder to gain weight. There is nothing wrong with taking a break from the gym if that’s what’s needed for your mental or physical health 🙏🏼 sending love to anyone reading this 💕

Currently watching and I just wanted to comment that the chitchat about falling off the workout routine is so relatable and quite honestly I found it very enjoyable, as if a friend is talking to me about it! I am here for this! Getting back into a routine! I have also been slacking on exercise. Also I am 100% buying that planner. Hannah you are honestly the only CZcamsr I can stand to watch. You're authentic and watching you do this stuff reminds me of what I should be doing too. It's hard with a toddler to fit in exercise but I am going to make it work. 🥰🥰

I've heard something similar.. Like if you're warm and it's a really hot day, if you have something warm to eat/drink, it's raises your core temperature which makes everything else feel cooler! Not sure if that's right though!

Hi Hannah, just a quick question: Don‘t you wash your veggies before chopping/eating them? I am always so paranoid and put them in ACV water for an hour before eating them 😫

I’m in the same position. I just go for a lot of walks and spend time outside because when I go back to the gym I find I get brain fog and I get overwhelmed with how many exercises I’m supposed to doing especially with coming from a background of currently having an eating disorder and struggling with anorexia and when I go to the gym it’s kind of like stopping the recovery process because if I’m not willing to my meals then why should I go to the gym how does that make sense for Gaining weight back. If I were going to the gym and eating a lot it would make sense because I’d be putting on muscle and body fat at the same time but it’s so hard to eat more when you’ve struggled with an eating disorder for about 15 to 16 years of your life and have extremely bad body dysmorphia. From all those years it’s starting to really catch up to me now I look absolutely exhausted. Within the last past year of getting out of Covid and getting more back into a routine I found that it’s been really hard and the stress has really really shown on my body and my face where I’ve lost all that muscle I’m very gaunt And my hair is frail and falling out so don’t beat yourself up I’m really happy for you for sharing this and it’s definitely something that needs to be brought into topic a lot more on CZcams than this stupid trends of hot girl walks hot girl Summer and all these workouts people are posting in like different influencers who are giving you this information on diets . I literally saw an influencer after a Podcasts was released make a TikTok of her tips of healthy living and eating and working out based off of this trending podcast that was going around and I was like wow these aren’t even your words and it’s sad how many influencers need to take other peoples information and make it their own because everybody is literally just confused that’s what it comes down to is everyone is confuse so everyone is just copying one another
Also don’t rely on a watch to track workouts / get you moving. It’s becomes very obsessive.
