Nice kit....but you should include a simple pink pencil eraser to clean the ceramic and diamond sharpeners instantly !!!

That's a pretty good idea, especially being there is the storage compartment under the plates

Chapstick is good to lube your pivots because it is food grade and you might want to use your knife to eat something.
