I really want to see you guys review this bottle's close cousin, Royal Salute. 3rd thought. You guys seems to find a lot in blends. Maybe you should review some more moderately priced blends, like the Compass Box expressions. They might punch above their $ v. single malts.
Great thoughts! We did include the royal salute in our 21 year blind, but it would be an interesting side by side with this. Compass box is definitely in the pipeline. Stay tuned!
hello, I'm a big fan, I've watched a lot of videos and I'd like some information if I have chivas ultis xx and royal salute 21 is it worth buying chivas regal 25 years or not? Is there a big difference between them or not? to taste, which one do you think is better among the 3? and finer?
I just noticed that you guys have Glenmorangie 18 on your leaderboard, but Glenlivet 18 came out on top of your 18 year scotch blind tasting. Would you ever consider reviewing Glenlivet 18 and then comparing it to the newer 80 proof Glenlivet 18?
Jules's inability to be open to be corrected by his peers is maddening, especially when there is a strong case....even dillion went down on his score on finish from 10 to 9 upon good argument from dutch and Jules.
You want a 21 year that blows your mind more than Glenlivet, give Glendronach a try. Have a night where you sample the 12, then the 15, then the 18 and finish on the 21 and you'll see the true magic of a fantastic 21 year single malt

Definitely have Glenlivet 18 on the list to review. The taste/off could be a three way maybe with Glenmorangie 18 and the old Glenlivet 18.
