Tuned by Flyin Ryan Performance. Mopar RT+10 cam, bolt ons, stall, 4.56 gears, nitrous on a 250k mike 5.9 magnum.
I miss mine. More importantly that is a good body style excellent condition, She still stands out today.
I owned a 2000 SLT for about 10 years with a 4.9 in it, was an awesome truck but the motor wasn't that much to scoff at. Sold it a few years ago. Then just the other week I heard a cammed R/T like this in a Lowe's parking lot and I was BLOWN AWAY at how awesome it sounded. You would almost think there was a 454 underneath

I had a 00 RCSB RT and sold it about 4 years ago. Lowered on 20” reps, cowl hood. Roll pan. Super clean. I miss it :/ truck looks good and sounds good
Just bought a 2001 Dakota RT single cab in black 136k on the motor trans has shift kit love this truck glad to know not much out there like that and I have one in really really good condition everything stock

Travis I may try something here soon after the house is done renovating and I could actually hook up the computer to edit videos again. I have a lot of footage I have from years past that I never uploaded

I daily drive a 2003 4.7 SLT and once the engine is done in that I’m going to 5.9 convert it with cams:)

Go 5.7 hemi. Summit makes a kit with damn near everything you need! Plus they are newer Gen motors

I have a 2000 dakota sport. I love the truck with all my heart. Shes only a v6 no power locks or windows. But I have big plans for her. Cant rip it apart yet it's my daily driver😁.

That’s one bitchin Dakota!! I rebuilt my Dakota sport with a 318 back when I was in high school some 15-16 years ago... blew a head gasket drag racing and pulled a part and it’s sat. Just got to putting back together! Just don’t quite have running yet. Not getting fuel trying to diagnose why. It’s getting to the rail. Could be injectors. This has me itching!!!

I have a comp cam, high compression sealed power pistons , high rise intake manifold, k and n cold air intake , custom exhaust, power programmer rebuilt tranny , just to name a few things..... she dnt quite sound like yours but she sounds like a pist off old muscle car none the less!

The regular Dakota v8 came with NV3500 5 speed. Good truck trans but not a good bang shifter. I’d lean towards the ar5 from a Colorado. It’s a revised r154 from Supra’s. Uses ax15 Bellhousing too.

I have a 97 5.2 with 5 speed. I am working on mine right now. I has a new junkyard low mileage motor. All I was is 300-320HP and looking for someone to help me with parts I would need to get it there. My Transmission is NV3500 and I don't think it could handle much more than 300HP.

MidnightPolaris800 the motor in the truck has 250k, the truck itself has 196k on the body. But I'll be possibly doing motor work in the near future to it.

mrtrippn it's a bolt on, tuned, cam only 5.9 with 250k miles. I don't have a cam card, but it's a very small Mopar cam. It's a Mopar RT+10 cam and the truck was tuned by Flyin Ryan Performance in Texas.
