Quite the place to visit ! So much history in that area both north and south of the Columbia river ! I enjoy it every time I’m there and my last time I spent an entire day at Fort Stevens and still didn’t see it all ! You converted it very well !!
What a beautiful place! I am green with envy cause I am stuck in 117 degree weather with no shade and you guys are in such beautiful lush surroundings. Enjoy! We are leaving soon to RV in Idaho to get out of the heat ( Idaho is ONLY in the mid to high 90's )....
100 days of fog? No thanks. Lol. I do way better with sunshine and being able to find shade... Oh my, Susan! I totally relate with the mosquito situation. They love me for some reason and I have a real aversion to them. I don't think I'm allergic to their bites but I think I might be close. I absolutely have to stop their itching right away or I'm left with huge welts.
I love the gag at the end! Cape disappointment I think it should be called Cape delight. because that's exactly what it was. I so enjoyed the humor throughout and the narration as you walk through that majestic area. I still love the Pacific Northwest and I sure do miss it. it's so great to hear from you too, looks like you two are doing great!
