As a 74 y.o. male, I've been using this for 6 months now and the result has been outstanding. I'm a past cancer survivor, heart attack survivor, and have C.O.P.D from smoking for 50 years. My breathing is much better so exercise is enjoyable, the condition of my muscles is improving from better oxygen circulation throughout the body, even to the extent my "lower extremities" (??) are more "active", if you get my drift. I take 1 Gram of each 1/2 hour before breakfast daily and my energy levels have also improved to the extent I'm enjoying life again. I should also state my G.P. doesn't approve of my ingestion of GlyNac as he considers it "unproven" and he infers this is a great risk due to my past cancer. My response was the HE tried to "encourage" me to take a partly tested "vaccine" ( which I regularly refused), and look how THAT turned out, my decison was proven a wise one. I'm happy with my decisions all based on logic and my experience with these much underappreciated enzymes. Check out the data widely and make your own decisions as experience over the last few years has demonstrated that Big Pharma and Doctors sre NOT always right.

Simply sticking to collagen solves everything plus… let the body do what it’s designed to do… make and shunt to where it’s needed.

Does this also apply to people with MTHFR mutations? I often see glutathione is recommended to people with MTHFR. Thank you for a great video!

Thanks! Thanks for watching. That's a great question. My view is that if your Dr. is recommending glutathione by all means you should do it, or at least consider it very strongly and or get another opinion. I'm not suggesting that taking glutathione directly has no place. There are always specific situations for different people. Once again, it could be prescribed for a reason.

Looked quickly through your videos and you don’t talk about your blood tests, any reason?

No reason at all. I've mentioned them but haven't done a specific video about that. Planning on it though. I'm getting ready to do another blood test in the next week or two and I do plan to make a video discussing it. Thanks for asking.
