Such fun... I have been doing the same work, when I found 6 fried wires on the fire wall harness. Major bummer.... so I ordered are replacement from the Birds nest I hope it is in good shape. The plunger thing is your window washer plunger. don't forget to install your defroster vent discharge nozzles, I had to glue mine on as they tore out of the rivets.

That makes sense for it to be that. It would reach there and it's the only thing in the area that seems to be right. I hate you had some wire issues on yours. So far all the wires have checked out o🤞

Hello Matt. That was quite an adventure putting the dash back together. I knew you could do it because your dad was there to guide you. Could you see in your disassembly video what that plunger switch is for? Maybe use your wire diagram and trace the color wires. Great job you guys!

Hey George. Yes Dad keeps me straight. We'll figure out that plunger soon enough. I just can't think of anything that it would go to. We'll get the book oit on this one.

Yep, that's what it is.
