4K cab view - Gradually snowing scenery Nagaragawa Railway Etsumi-Nan Line, Gifu pref, Japan

This is a 4K cab view of the Nagara Nagaragawa Railway Etsumi-Nan Line, which gradually changes to a frozen landscape from Mino-Ōta to the end of the line in Hokunō.
The Etsumi-Nan Line (越美南線, Etsumi Nansen, "Etsumi South Line") is a railway line in Gifu Prefecture, Japan, operated by the third-sector operator Nagaragawa Railway (長良川鉄道, Nagaragawa Tetsudō). The line connects Mino-Ōta Station in Minokamo with Hokunō Station in Gujō. It is the only railway line operated by the Nagaragawa Railway. The line was originally operated by Japanese National Railways (JNR). JNR planned to connect the Etsumi-Nan Line and Etsumi-Hoku Line ("Etsumi North Line"), but the plan was never realized. The north line was later succeeded by West Japan Railway Company (JR West), while the south line was taken by Nagaragawa Railway, a newly founded third-sector company, in 1986. As the company name suggests, the line runs along Nagara River. As a consequence of Japan's declining population and frequent natural disasters (such as typhoons and heavy snowfall), the company is facing financial difficulties.

Sad to hear about the company having financial issues. I really hope Japan does all it can to keep their rail lines open. I'm in the US where we barely have any passenger trains. It sucks. I'd hate to see Japan turn into a place where everyone has to have a car and all the roads are four+ lanes wide and freeways are everywhere.

Very nice and interesting cab ride. This one takes place largely in very beautiful.snowy landscapes to very snowy. Beautiful pictures taken in 4K. In JAPAN and its central part it still snow a lot. While in SPAIN or FRANCE this is rare except in the mountain range. I prefer to see much snow in winter and not rain.

Thank you for this and all your wonderful train videos. I am an American, and will be visiting Japan again in September, and I want to ride as many of these small unique trains as I can. Do you use a monopod to stabilize your camera, or is it hand held?

The Nagaragawa Railway and some smaller railways have half cabs.
So I just put my camera on the desk where I can access it.
