- In this video I will Review, tear down, modify, and shoot the Air Venturi AVENGER in 25 Caliber. I opened the transfer and barrel ports, polished and crowned the barrel and changed the Valve spring. I increased the power of this gun from 54 FPE to 63 FPE with my modifications. Please remember that altering your gun will VOID it's warranty. I shot a 9 out of 10 shots at .98" CTC at 100 yards using AVS 36 grain Slugs.

Another excellent detailed video that reveals strengths and weaknesses of this gun you won't find anywhere else. It seems in comparison to a Liberty you are gaining a few things like the stock exterior adjustable hammer spring, much easier exterior adjustable regulator, a more precise regulator, power meter on the side but at the cost of that cheaper metal plastic covered receiver part that could present a durability issue down the line, less solid shroud/smaller air tube, not as easy to tune/work on, no iron sites and your other complaints. I find the Avenger kind of unattractive, not as good looking as the Liberty even with both synthetic stocks but I am still happy companies are offering this level of gun at this price and you now have a Liberty type gun in 25 cal. If I was going 22 cal I think I would prefer the Liberty for its strengths/styling, your 22 Liberties still seem to out shoot this gun especially at 100 yards but a 25 cal with external adjustments stock is still very nice and could be in my future. I don't regret getting a 22 Liberty compared to the Avenger after watching your video/take down, very informative video.
Thank you! You just summarized the entire video into one concise paragraph. Although one paragraph can never replace the visual experience of watching the video, I'd would say you nailed it.
I'm Stephen. what is your name? I just want to know how to address you.
@@AirVelocitySport Matt or Lexus, I linked your Duey vid on GTA under the big Liberty thread.
Have you looked into a Umarex Origins, it seems similar to a Liberty and has very interesting technology with a spring in the air tube which allows far fewer pumps to fully pump it up, most vids have it at just 120-140 pumps to fill it up. Maybe not a big deal since you have the compressor and tanks but I am just using a pump and the package just seems like it solves so many problems and a great edition to entry level PCP's.
Great video. I love the way you break things down. I will definitely be sharing this video with the avenger owners group I'm in. Thanks for the great info !!!
Thank you Brandon!
Great video. If I'm just listening I feel like Ray Romano is talking.
He looks like Andy Garcia
Almost looks like a relative of him too, haha
Damn. You've got a leg up on AEAC, and that is your disassembly and showing us that and associated info. Thank you for that and everything else you do. People think making videos is sooooo easy. It's not and it takes a lot of time and so does editing. Thanks again. Great job.
Thanks for the encouragement and kind words.
Just a quick FYI !
I was just about to write off your video, right up until you caught my ear !
You aren't a fan of plastic stocks either !
I thought,
Okay this guy is on the same page as I am !
Then, you haul out that beautiful chunk of gorgeous hardwood for your own custom hand carved stock !
That was the point when I hit the subscribe button, and the bell for every future video ! 😎
Keep me posted on your carving process if you would please !!!
You ABSOLUTELY have my full attention on it !
I came across this video a few months back after watching a few of your other videos and saved it to my watch list. I did this knowing that I'd eventually get an avenger. Well I finally got once of the wood stocked ones so now I'll be watching this over again a few times and going through my new rifle.
Thank you for all the knowledge and help.
Great video, very instructive and well paced and edited. Useful for understanding other PCP air guns as well. Thanks!
Thank you for what you do.I have a nova liberty 22 that I tuned and modified thanks to you which shoots awesome. And now I have an avenger 22 on order and I will be able
Amazing video! Thanks for still making informative videos which don't try to stuff 1% of the information into a sub 10 minute video. Most other air gun channels are just advertising outlets.
You make quality content. THANK YOU for your hard work!
Thank you for watching and I appreciate your kind words.
Thank you for the excellent unbiased review and a big thank you for the tear-down and mod instructions. They were a HUGE help! Subbed!
Another excellent and Honest review. Showing and detailing both the Pros as well as the Cons, is something we do not get from most other reviews. Keep up the great work, and know that many of us greatly appreciate your efforts and your unwavering honesty in all the guns reviews you do. never change that, and you will remain one of the most respected airgunners in the sport. Thank You Dana !
Thank you, Ron.
This is by far a better video than I thought it would be at the beginning. not many people going into this kind of detail. I really appreciate it.
Great video! Man after my own heart! ( I appreciate all the great modding!) Excellent description of your goals and doing the work on screen. Thank you!
Your knowledge of this stuff amazes me brother! I wish i had your confidence and ability to pull my rifles apart and then change what needs changing and then put it all back together! Honestly a joy to watch!!!
Not much I can add here that hasn't already been said; well done... very thorough and nice review. Perhaps one of the best reviews that I've seen yet.
Fantastic video review. it covered everything I wanted to know.there's only a handful of people I really look up to in the air gun world and you are definitely one of them. Thank you for your reliability honesty and hard work.
Thank you Mitch! Im humbled by your kind words. Im driven by the many airgunners, such as yourself, that enjoy and appreciate my videos. All the best!
This is an absolutely top notch educational video. By far the best I've seen. Thank you
Great video! Thank you for sharing your talents! I just purchased this rifle last week, my 1st pcp rifle. I saw that it had a few more things then other rifles did in this price range. I had no idea it was this well designed.
I just bought the .25 cal version with the wooden stock today (I found one on ebay with a wooden stock, but none with the black plastic). This will be my 3rd pcp air rifle. I also have a Gamo Urban .22 and a Benjamin Bulldog .357. I wanted to try a gun with a regulator and that’s adjustable without taking apart the gun...and since this is a very affordable gun, I figured I would give it a try. It’s really interesting to see this tear down. I am not planning on doing anything like this, but it’s never a bad thing to learn as much as one can about any hobby. I probably learned more in one hour watching you than every other review or demo of this gun - or any other gun. My thing is playing guitar, and I enjoy getting into small details about instruments; I am trying to be as proficient at air gunning as I am with guitars. This video is really a valuable resource. Thanks for sharing this video, dude! Have a great weekend!🐰🇺🇸🎸🎶🤝✌️
Thank you! I'm glad it was helpful
Sir...OUTSTANDING vid! For those of us that like to tinker and re-engineer stuff--thank you!!
never thought about making my own stock... thats a fantastic idea and would be an incredible little project!
Excellent video. Thank you for taking the time to make this. Looking forward to the next video
I need to pay you to upgrade my gun like this. I’d muff something up for sure lol
Excellent presentation of some basic upgrades, and supported by top notch photography and very well done throughout.
You have my subscription sir!
Its a must have gun, Stephen you didn't steer me wrong on the nova liberty, it has been absolutely amazing 1 1/2 years later shooting great, shot it today ! Thanks for a great review!
Thank you! I'm glad it worked well for you.
Who needs model clay when a simple bottle of water 💦 shows the expansion and energy of the slugs it’s a thumbs up 👍 interesting video
3 year old video and still relevant today. Excellent presentation my man!😊
Dude I was wanting to make a half ass fancy target stand........ But I have several of those things you have around my house and that is way cheaper than my over thought project..... Your a genius! Thank you! Plus I was torn over slugs verse's pellets... So many decisions!!!
Thanks for the amazing video. Really you are one of a kind. Just got mine 6.35 from airgunseurope since none selling this to Greece where im living. Your video was a great help for me.
IM GETTING THE PUMP VERSION IN .25 ONE DAY ! WHY STOP THERE ,THEY NEED TO GO ALL THE WAY UP TO .357 !!!! LOL I CAN LOB PELLETS AND SLUGS OUT TO 300 YARDS WITH MY NOVA FREEDOM .22 ,THE ACCURACY IS AMAZING, AND NO WONDER IT WAS NAMED , 2018 AIRGUN OF THE YEAR , REALLY AMAZING CONSIDERING IT COST ONLY 399,99 AT THE TIME !!! BROTHER , I CANT WAIT TO SEE THE AMZING POWER MODS IN THE NEAR FUTURE ! ! ! ...... AS ALWAYS MY FRIEND ,YOU SIR ARE ONE OF MY FAVZ IN THE AIRGUN WORLD , THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES !!!!!!! :)
Love how elaborate this guy was ..plz next time do the fps with each shot ..so we can see fpe with different ammunition..would love that ..
Thank you for all you do for us with these gun. I agree the Liberty’s are built better. Still, for what all we get for 300 bucks...I’m not gonna complain either. I purchased the .25 Avenger because I always wanted a .25 Liberty and can’t get it here in the USA. That said the Avenger in .25 is giving me everything I expected as far as accuracy and power. With 26.8 grain slugs @ 935 FPS, reg set at 2300 psi and the hammer spring almost maxed out...I couldn’t be happier. Amazing value for what this gun is doing. Thanks again and god bless.
Thank you! I had a failure on lane nine, I have to tear down the gun and and get back for the second day tomorrow... this is a huge head start!!!
Reference what is typically referred to as a crown. As long as the edge that meets the bore is perfectly 90° you'll be fine. In fact there are many precision shooters and smiths who do this. I read an article in precision shooting about 20 years ago where "crowns" where tested (same rifle). What was most important was being 90° to the centerline of the bore axis. Didn't really matter if there was an 11° 45° or 90° cut at the edge, so long as it was perfectly 90° to the bore.
Excellent video. Thank you.
Ate the pcp, digested the pcp, now I am not in this world, my world is knowledge. Great. Hats off !!!
Just got the alert on this video. Glade you’re back, where you been. I missed your videos. I had to finish watching to finish my comment. Great video on explaining how to and showing how it’s don’t. Always impressed with your videos. Again great job and let’s start getting more videos. LOL.
Thank you! I have been doing resreach on my AVS Slugs. 9 more slug sizes coming onnthe next two months. slugs coming in the next
Great video as always.
Just received mine to see what all the fuss was about. .25 cal. Wanted to see for myself. Cheap enough to make ordering one easy. After watching the video I knew I would want to do a few things right off the bat. Before taking it apart, I shot it. It came to me with no air.
Once filling I noted the reg pressure gage was at 2900psi. Got a not so good consistent shot string of 40 shots with jsb 34 gr 53 ftlbs. I then degased and reset the reg to 2500psi. Left hammer as stock. Did another shot string. To my surprise I didn't loose any energy at all with the 34 jsbs. Shot so much better in the string. Very consistent and added more shots. Only a 6ftps spread in that 40 shot string. I'll test again taking the reg down a bit more. But I want to polish the barrel first. And it looks like the have opened the barrel port now on these new releases. They have grub screws now also for the barrel band. Once I take it completely down I'll be able to tell more. But as far as performance for only $300, I'm impressed.
Update..... They didn't increase the size of ports. I opened my barrel port up. Only going up to the 13/64 drill size. That alone gave me another 20+ fps increase with the .34gr jsbs. Couple + added ftlbs.😊
You always give good information. Another great video.
Superb. Thank you for taking the time to share.
Thanks for your help I got my. 25 caliber from 830 fps to 890 fps with 33.95 grain pellets and I am only at 2400 on my regular and my hammer spring about 3.5 turns in with using your modifications !!!!!!
O couldn't wait more for your review. You're the ATI Nova liberty magician after all.
Thank you, I hope you enjoyed the video.
Hi brother, great review, congrats! You touch points on this video then anyone else haven’t touch. Five start review👍
Thank you!
watching this a second time, good job.make's me want to tune my 25 cal seneca aspen with a 420 cc tank modification.God bless.
One thing to do to make sure you don't hit the back side of the barrel when drilling out the port would be to put a wood dowel in the barrel first then drill, some time when following up with another drill it will grab it and run through as you mentioned
BTW...there is a 3D printed carbon fiber, printed internals, moderator sold on eBay from a guy in Louisiana for like 40$ that is the same diameter as the barrel, awesome. Also...there is also some internal baffles that condition the air and quiet the gun from a guy...on eBay that I had a very small part in perfecting...he is from San Diego California and his name is Geoffrey Kim... super good guy and very forward thinking... he makes a a drop in fit under the shroud cap baffles system that dropped my sound by over 10 dcb...just by its self...also under 40$. My 250$ moderator from a major competitor didn’t do that and added length to my barrel. The internal baffle system did not add length. With an adapter from Slovenia for 40$..1/2”-20 UNF....WOW!...Together they make these gun super quiet, accurate, and beyond what you would ever expect from a 3D printed item and also in quality and durability. I have them on ever gun I own at the moment made by Nova Vista company including the Avenger. Just amazing, and the value...second to none. Hope this helps you and other who own these amazing guns. Sorry for the long read but worth ever word when installed and anything that helps others is worth the time. Just like your amazing slugs...unless the word gets out...nobody will ever know unless we make them aware. God bless my friend and stay safe in these crazy times. Thanks.
Thank you Heath for the information! I will share!
do you have links for these parts Heath?
Hi Heath, can you give us a link for the moderator? Thank you!😊
Really a great video in both quality and content.
Excellent work, thank you very much for your demonstration and skill sharing.
Great video as always. Can't wait to see what you do with the stock.👍🇺🇸✌
Thank you!
I just ordered a airforce Escape 25 Cal from RL airgun Supply today and talk to Randy it was one of the best airgun shopping experiences I've had very willing to answer all your questions.
Yes, he is the nicest guy. He does business the old fashioned way.
Steve,
You did your usual amazing job of "getting into the weeds " on the air rifle. I watch a lot of vids on air guns and your approach is unique, and of great value to so many of us that dont have the expertise to do the level of take down you do.
Having said that here is my take on the gun not that is of any particular value. It cost $300 ,it appears to do what it does better than anything at that price point. If you are just getting into PCP's this gun does a hell of a lot for the cost. It will make the entry level PCP shooter happy .......for a while. The real cost for most is the ,scope, storage tank and charging system. Even going low end on all of that your way over the price of the gun,Even if you pay to have a tank charged as needed.
If it shoots and functions for a year or 18 months stock as is out of the box with no mods by the time it starts to fail a new PCP shooter will either up grade to a better gun or say to heck with it.
With your skill sets and knowledge you could keep this gun shooting for the next 100 years. Unfortunately not one air gunner in 10, 000 can do what you can do. Most of us are Buy it Shoot it and hope for the best. For those that want to do the mods you demonstrate your videos are amazing.
So I am NOT one of the fortunate gunners that have the skills or tools to do what you do.
I'll take a chance on it for $300, put a scope I already have on it buy a small buddy tank ,have it charged at the local paint ball shop and have some fun with it
At the age of 72 and blown out shoulders from "old war wounds" from back in the day I cant shoot break barrel springers with a cocking force of much more than an HW 50 any more. From what I'm seeing of how it shoots stock from you and others I think it is worth the $300.
Thanks for all the work you do to bring us the info you provide.
Holden Over
Thank you for the kind words. I'm really not an expert nor do have any special tools. But you are correct most people will just buy the gun and shoot it as is will little adjustment. That is why I shot it right out of the box without any modifications. I wanted to show how good this gun is without touching it. Sorry to hear of your shoulder but thank you for your service. All the best.
Just tuned in to your channel, Whoa Whoa. So professional, and great content. There are many who make videos, but should not. You are NOT in that category. Your videos are good, really good. Thanks for your obviously hard work to do this. I've got a lot of videos to watch to catch up. Man, you've almost got me wanting a PCP air rifle ! :-) 100 yards with a pellet rifle with closing in on 1 MOA? (I've only watched one of your videos, so I may have missed other's that show even better accuracy... ) Thanks for the great video.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Yes, my Nova liberty shoots sub MOA and I have two videos on that gun showing it. All the best
Very well detailed videos, i learned a lot sir , I plan to purchase an air gun for coming months...thank u! more power sir....
The best review I ever seen 👏👏👏
Thank you!
Thanks for this detailed exploded view, i think pieces of Shrink Tubing put over the barrel in more than one layer
should reduce any barrel oscillation during fire, if there was any. Please let a magnet decide what's steel or not.
It's always good to know what's working inside Your gun!
What a great review, Joe. Also, I LOVE your home custom made stocks. Gorgeous.
I LOVE Wolf Airgun suppressors !! Everyone talks about the other ones, but Wolf are SO affordable !!!
I don't see the big deal of loosening the Wolf to fill the gun then screw it back on.
Good to see someone else who has discovered the Wolf suppressors. I thought I was the only fan! My Wolf quieted down my pretty loud .177 AT44 so I can shoot in my back yard all day! Good and affordable!
Holy cow I wanted to see a tear down you really delivered hope I never have to go that far if I need to replace any seals I do watch repair for a living so I'm used to tearing things apart but I don't know about this great video though thanks
I have the. 25 and it is my first air gun I real like it
Unless I've missed it I got to say this much you've took this gun way further in a review than anyone I've ever seen I have just subscribed to your channel and will be looking forward to everything you do you are the s*** as far as I'm concerned on the Nova Liberty and the Avenger please don't stop what you're doing
I'm sure glad you did this video because if I ever got one of these guns at least I wouldn't be a nervous wreck working on them like I said you are the s*** pardon my French
Very thorough and informative Steve. I will be making some changes myself and will share my results. Your slugs performed very well (as expected).
I am looking forward to seeing your stock you create for your Avenger.
Thanks for all the hard work.
Thanks Haji, waiting for the cooler weather to attack the stock. Good gun but the received is disappointing. I think Nova Vista has a great barrel in both .25 and .22. I can see people buying the barrels to put into other guns. All the best.
Hi Haji, I want to thank you that your Super Tune Kit has brought my Gauntlet to next level. Hope you will make another amazing product for Avenger.
@@AirVelocitySport what will it take 4 you to do my gun exactly like yours
will you be offering tune jobs for the avenger? I have one in 25, ..this is gerald
Hey Gerald, thank you for your confidence in my tuning ability but I just do not have enough time. I'm currently working on R&D for slugs.
Outstanding video! 👏👏
Awesome review!
I fired 7 tins of 34 Grain FX pellets through this gun after cleaning. I has shot amazingly from day one. Groups have tightened up but until the next batch of pellets get here from PYA...1-1/4” @ 100 are the best so far...”Stay Tuned”!🤣😂👍 Not too shabby for a 317$ hunting platform my friends!
JUST THINK IF YOU DO ALL THE MODS , WOW !
Great Job Steven! Tks once again!!
Thank you!
Extremely knowledgeable Individual.. I don't know if you have ever thought about it but you could have a very successful Airgun tuning business. You could also offer custom stocks and pre-made "drop in parts" .
I would happily be a customer..
Excellent video though, thank you for taking the time to make it
Awesome job!
Great review, I don't think you can lose in getting this gun, may have to have one myself.
Definitely a great gun for $300
Love those slow mo shots at the end. Trying to get my 22 to shoot monsters and beasts faster with that good bc at 100. Definitely going to open it up a bit. They are actually moving pretty good at 2200 reg. The 33gr only going 820ish but still good for what the settings are. The thing is they won't go much faster upping the reg and hammer so there is def an airflow issue
Donnyfl has solved the cap issue for 45 bucks. Nice job. I see you had a supressor added on at the very end. Good shooting.
I don't even own a PCP yet and will be getting it this week.
Wow, excellent! Still extremely great value in the gun. It certainly has 2 steps forward and maybe one back on the liberty. However I do not see me replacing my Liberty with the Avenger. The .25 is a great value and not being able to get the Liberty in U.S in .25 makes this a great value. Thanks for that surgical in depth view. That pop metal receiver does frighten me a bit though.Good Job!
Thank you, Jack
Hi there your CZcams video are awesome we've learned a lot from this video and from you i live in the UK
Thank you for the kind words. Glad to be of help
Bought mine from R&L, super fast service! Highly recommend! Got the wood stock version. Oh, and in the wood stock version, they appear to have fixed several of the issues mentioned. The barrel clamp is no longer screwed into the air tube, there is a flat head slot in the bottom of the lever screw. The barrel appears to have a crown, or at least it doesn't just look chopped off. I didn't remove the barrel to see if they expanded the transfer port but I'm very happy with mine. Using thread locker on a few parts though.
Great video! Got mine today. Can't wait to shoot it!
Great work, loved your video.Tks a lot.
good job. good gun
Great review and great info thanks for your time
Very good detail!
cant wait to see your modified gun someday
I wish there was a way to put a foster fitting/quick disconnect on my Liberties and still have a gauge like both my Avengers. I called a guy about just that by the name of Duie that you and others have mentioned so maybe that will happen someday. Always find the fill valve leaking back through the fill probe when I cap it. I have it repaired for now with a small O-ring behind the check ball but you really really have to fill it very slowly to prevent it from leaking again and changing out the O-ring and greasing it heavily with silicon grease. BTW...Thank you for your help with that issue the last we talked. God bless you and yours.
good video, very informative 👍🏾👍🏾
Hello, excellent video as always. I like watching your videos and respect your opinion. Today I have strip apart my Nova Vista Leviathan R2 which is same as Avenger in your part of the world. Besides the cons that you have already mentioned in this video, I noticed a few more. I think people shall know these before making any buying decision after watching your video.
1. Trigger housing is plastic. I was not expecting this, it should have been at least some metal if not aluminium.
2. The safety feature just stops the trigger lever movement. It does not stops the sear from disengaging. Gun can fire even with safety on, so do not depend on it.
3. Finally, the one I am most worried about now is the regulator itself. Assembly inside which regulator resides is no doubt beautiful but, once you remove the stopper pin and unscrew the regulator, you will see that you need some special tool to actually open the regulator to service the o-rings inside. For the last one hour I am trying to figure out how to open it further (one of the reasons I came back to watch the video again). O-rings inside the regulators are ususally faulty in chinese pcps (keep that in mind) so you must be able to figure out how to open without damaging it. (probably a topic for your next video on this gun)
Great video with results 👌
To work on it thanks all to you. Keep up the good work.
By the way how much difference do you think changing out the valve spring a lone would make? You did everything at once so it’s hard for me to tell thanks
Wow very thorough. Thanks for video
I agree with you about the regulator. The barrels appear to be the same thank goodness. That said...the regulators on my Liberty’s have been better actually that those on my FXs and even my SK-19 to be fair. Really...I don’t know what the Chinese are doing but as an air-gunner...I’m on board. The Umarex Origins stock may fit this Avenger...am I 100% sure about this...NO SIR I AM NOT! But it is very similar. You have a gift that I am a bit envious about to make my own stock for the Avenger. I would make it out of Poplar just to save weight but I still like the factory stock after filling with foam. God bless you and your family my friend. Thank you for all you do for all air gunners. Mad respect my friend.
AVS,
Thank you for you response on the China made 500cc CFO bottles. I appreciate your feedback. Thank you!
Excelente video, voy a abrir el puerto de transferencia de mi avenger .25, prueba sintonizar armónicos, mejora muchísimo
Awesome video Steve geez man you are the man ...you turn that gun into a better gun not it wasn't but man you really know what to do with these nova vista guns mine is still a badass gun thanks for sharing I really enjoy it thanks buddy bsafe WOW MAN
Thank you Chris.
Thanks for delving so deep into this fairly new model right off the bat. Usually its at least a year or more after a air gun model comes out before a guy can even dream of a total breakdown . Hey how bout that pot metal transfer block. lol Hell, it could still last a long time. I have a .25 Avenger on the way now myself.
Thank you! Yes, the receiver should last just as long as it not exposed to elements. I remember as a kid my matchbox cars left outside for a few days and the metal under the glossy cover would put and become discolored. Im worried that if water gets under the plastic cover for long periods of time the same thing will happen. I hope not.
@@AirVelocitySport I might have got it in .22 had I seen this vid first. Thats a complicated little bastard. I'm use to working on old Crossman designs and garbage like that. But you better have your head screwed on right to do quality mods to this little Matty Mettel ( pot metal toy ) gem. Thanks for the detailed vid and honest review. btw Good shooting !
Man I wish we where friends and we could do these mods together. Cheers brother.
cant wait to see your wood stock on the gun.
Me too.
Out standing shipmate. Press on.
Very detailed breakdown...waiting on your take on the Umarex Origin .22
The Origin is the same rifle but the Origin has no reg.
Love your videos. Just ordered the Umarex 2.0 25 cal.. fyi I do own the gun you just presented only 25 cal.
Cool, thank you for the effort.
That's incredible, not bad for a $300.00 rifle, just purchased one myself!
I've heard excellent things about the Avenger, but here we are almost two years later- I'm very interested in the JTS Aircuda- All wood and metal for $320!
That's a sweet looking gun, I love the looks of the Woodstock and pistol grip although the advenger has more adjustability for plinking an all-out Power! ✌️
You can get a rubber cap at the auto parts store to put on the fill valve . They use them to plug vacume lines on cars.
DonnyFL makes a extender adapter now with a built in air stripper which centers the barrel with the shroud now. It’s much easier to get the fill cap off!
I wonder how accuracy is with those. Feel like harmonics might get wonky with the middle barrel support and the end of the barrel now held too. I'm probably over thinking things though
Nic Edward I’ll let you know later today how it does. I just got it and haven’t had time to test it. I might even take the factory support off if the end one works good.
@@landonemory7902 that's what i was thinking too but i would try both. My buddy is sending me a stripper and baffle system he made that supports the barrel in the shroud too. Just curious
You get it on yet? I replaced my shroud yesterday with carbon fiber tube. czcams.com/video/purOiPpn31U/video.html
Nic Edward no not yet! I’ll let you know as soon as I can. I’m still working right now. I would love to do the CF tube also but I don’t have a way to put threads at the end yet.
very very good perfect customization, whatching video here in brasil.
When you parted & removed that forearm, the 1st thing that came to mind, was the old model airplanes we used to glue together as kids. "JUNK" is right!
While i somewhat disagree with your 'Junk' comments on the rifle components...it IS in fact a $350 PCP - that is capable of 20 shots in a ragged hole at 53.5yds in .22cal w/ FX 25.39gr (JSB Monster ReDesigns). That being said, is my .30 cal FX Mav Sniper 6x better from a performance perspective for the 6x in cost? I'd say no...but anyhoo - Kudos on the EXCELLENT vid & disassembly part!! Just stumbled across this and very impressed! Great Work Brother 👍
