That bass is amazing and so are the McDonalds. So grateful for those guys. Cool interview!
"Ah! you mean my career!" hahahaha This guy is one of the coolest in rock
First bassline he plays is "ELECTED" from Billion Dollar Babies album by the Alice Cooper band. Bass was played by the legendary Dennis Dunaway, founding member of Alice Cooper!! Love you Steven for playing this and playing it well. XXX
I just cranked the basement song like an hour ago. Steven, you rock..Vaughn :)
No way.. I was just watching Redd Kross vids last night!! Crazy...
That Beatles bass line is siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick
love redd kross! great episode, guys!!!
Gah damn. The P Bass sounds immaculate with flatwounds.
But its a Musicmaster Bass
Nevermind - P bass later in video
Great interview!
Very cool interview! I just learned Steve played on Jellyfish’s first album. I’m not a big fan but I had a copy back then and It’s a good record. The bass parts are tasty and suited the songs well.
Well done gents 👏👏👏👏🤘
The bass sounds good
Sweet! Great bass player and cool choice of songs, too! Too bad you can't play Zep with your fingers. ;)
Wait what my name is Steven McDonald
It took this dude till he was 11 to freak out on a song. I have nieces that were singing songs and playing instruments at 3-5 that would pick out the records we were going to play
What's your point?
I like the playing but I can’t stand literally any of the bands they covered.
Ok. Keep me posted!
Once again, I ask the question: Is this music?
I hear you bro, but I've been playing blues since the 60s and some people don't get it! So who am I to judge? That Beatles they are doing sounds good.
@@jamesmoss8352 to be honest, after the first few minutes of this video, I couldn't take it anymore, and stopped watching. I will have to go back and revisit the section when they played the Beatles. Like you, I started playing guitar in the '60s. I sucked then, and I still suck now, but I do know what is good, and what is trash. Stay strong, brother!
Yes
It’s an interview with a killer bass player. Seems obvious. 😂
Guitar player blows
Link your playing here. Let’s compare!
