I really love this terrace. It gives you the feeling of being in a little house on top of the world. It's so big, it can more than accommodate: patio furniture, plants, flowers, and some veggie gardening. Even better, it's a sort of bricked in space. We have plexi-glass panels on our balcony now and 'tho we're only on the 14th, (13th), floor, and the view is really nice, I'm not that fond of heights. And when we've had pets and kids, I've always been a bit of a Nervous Nelly about balconies! This pent-house is just so beautiful. The kitchen is spacious and up-dated. The light and airiness of the spaces make it seem like a dream!
Very impressive outdoor area -- wrapping around. Wonderful closets with built-ins. Both bedrooms are huge w the master especially dreamy -- 3 windows & view of river! If I win a big lottery soon, I'm in!! 😂
Lovely although $10k per month and all you get is Home Depot window AC's. There is easily room to install some mini-split AC's but obviously the landlord is cheap. Where is the in-unit laundry too?
I know! They are obscuring half the windows! It's so basic! I would immediately want to get rid of the recessed lights and ugly bathroom lighting and "beautiful tiles", lol!!
It’s a lovely apartment if limited closet space but I really hate window air conditioners. They are incredibly ugly, interfere with window treatments and make a horrendous amount of noise.
I live clear across the usa. And just came across this video and viewing it out of curiosity. Was wondering if there was a pantry in the kitchen, since i saw a door in there but nothing mentioned about it. Hmmm curious. Lol.
It seems to be a service entry according to the Streeteasy floorplan. There's also a service door to the terrace from the hallway outside the apartment.

@@LaurenOrion My friend in MN pays $600/month for 4x the space, better windows, his own trees, and a nicer kitchen. You just have NYC brain. I do too, I'm just self aware enough that I know loving NYC does not mean loving mediocre living spaces.
@@phinhager6509You're lying, no he doesn't. I live in Red Wing MN, 40 to 50 miles away from Minneapolis and I pay $750 for a one bedroom half the size of this place, and I certainly don't have that balcony or that view. But you have a friend who is paying $600 for a place 4 times this size? OK SURE.👌 Unless you mean he's renting a farm house out in the middle of nowhere, then ok, but otherwise, nuh uh.
@@phinhager6509 Uh hello, little bit of a difference between living in Manhattan and MN. Duh. Price reflects demand. Not that many people looking to live in MN.

Mini-splits are AWFUL. They mess up the wall. This apartment is a decorator's dream. NO MINI-SPLITS!

Now that’s a terrace
Love the layout.

Gorgeous apartment ❤
Thank you! I agree.

@@LM-fn6qb Ahh ok. Thanks.
Вы всегда ржёте, когда видите дверь кладовой комнаты на кухне? 😆
Two closets in the smaller bedroom and only one in the master bedroom seems “off-balance.” Also, an en-suite half-bath is odd.
Listed at $9995
This is a lovely apartment but really expensive for an older unit.
So you should also know that checking water pressure is important when you’re buying or renting a home. Oh wait, I guess you don’t know everything 🙄
So, that door in the kitchen... were we not supposed to see that?

That's a secret door leading to the Illuminati and occult
How much is this a month or to purchase?
5th remark $9,995.00 @ month.
Thankyou for responding
We know what water looks like coming out of a faucet 🙄
price?
$10,000.00 @ month 😮
No in-unit washer dryer??? No deal. And for a penthouse, this unit should have mini splits throughout or central AC
Mini-splits are TACKY; I'd walk out of any apartment showing that featured mini-splits.
Oh yeah everybody in the net know where are the Amsterdam avenue 😅
Get a map.

I dont! Just sayin. I would never wanna live in New York
Kind of crazy how this is supposed to be impressive. NYC is so overpriced.
If you don’t think this apartment is insanely gorgeous, the problem is you trying to be cool

А что это за огромные гробы под каждым окном? Почему они такие большие? Почему так много белого цвета, как в больнице? Где дизайн? 🎃
Extremely underwhelming!
