Nice upgrades; however, kitchen layout (the stove and sink could've been switched instead since the stove on the island is where there would be some dining); and the bathroom layout (the entrance could have been placed where the laundry closet; could've placed the laundry as part of the first bathroom as well).
I am always curious as to how many apartments are cut up because the layouts of so many older buildings interiors are seriously weird. They have way too many nooks and crannies that just seem to be oddly positioned (like the last bedroom shown)
